For several stays here, the place is still as good as it is. The service attendants are easy to talk to. We love to stay here because it is very accessible and convenient to many establishments.

Very bad! Not recommendable. No coffee,no cups for even make coffee. Net very slow. Poor service. room Not clean. Very very noisy from the highway cars and people. We stay in Premier Queen Room. Though location is good across SM Fairview

I booked a deluxe room. The room is clean and the air conditioning is good. However, the deluxe room does not have a fridge and the tv does not work. The hotel is right across SM Fairview and Ayala Malls, Robinsons and Landers are walking distance away.

Excellent location, close to SM Fairview and Ayala Terraces. Room cleanliness needs attention especially the bathroom. TV has no local channels, but Netflix and Youtube are available. Stay details were not communicated during check-in, which is a must such as wifi access and breakfast

Booked a superior king room and was disappointed to get a tiny room with double bed. No hot water in bathroom, no amenities in room or bathroom (coffee, tea, shampoo, travel tooth brush etc) also no where to hang your towels. 6 TV channels amd only 4 working and very loud airconditioner. It was a very long night.
