The stay was okay and the room was clean and the location is near farmers and gateway so it's very convenient

I have a prepaid reservation at Trip com. This is my very first time to book in this hotel and the price is so competitive within the Cubao area. I arrived at 1pm and requested if I can checkin earlier than 2pm because I have a seminar to attend at Araneta Center but the male staff refused to accommodate my request and rather asked me if I am willing to pay an early checkin charges. I asked if I can leave my backpack instead and check in later after the seminar but again he refused to allow me to do so. According to him, they don't have that type of service to allow the guests to leave their luggage at the front desk for the meantime if the guest arrived earlier than the check in time. Wow, what kind of hotel is this that doesn't have luggage storage. It was off to me at first. Good enough the male manager on duty offered me a room immediately and I was able to leave my luggage quickly inside the room catching my schedule for the seminar. Thanks for delighting your hotel guests as such through quick and excellent decision making for outstanding customer service. The room is amazingly clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels are crisp and freshly laundered. It is well lighted including the bathroom. There's available toiletries and pairs of slippers. Only the tv set wasn't working at that time but overall, there's nothing more I can complain for my accommodation. I have a very good night sleep. I feel safe during my stay and the location is very close to MRT Araneta Cubao station where good malls are only walking distance.

there rooms is picture vs reality and tge interenet is not accessible to all room wich is some rooms is cant reach there internet access or signal

Very accommodating they all nice the place is clean and smell good.

The room we had is hot and the aircon is not functioning well.

-may buhok yung kobre kama -hassle ang pag iwan ng susi everytime na lalabas -hindi nag paflush yung water sa cr -mahina yung internet -mahina din yung aircon -hardpress ang remote ng tv -mabaho yung paint kasi under renovation -4days 3nights ang stay ko pero yan lang ang binigay na supply

1st - The Aircon has a water leak 2nd - The TV has no Clear Channels. It is not Connected to Cable unlike Hotel Sogo. The Remote Control has a weak Battery and I called the Reception. It took More than 30 Minutes until they replaced the Remote with a new one. 3rd - The Bed has a Damage Portion at the Lower Right Part. 4th - The other portions at the side of the Bed is not in Good Condition. 5th - The Telephone for Reception is not in Good Condition. I had to call the Reception via Cellphone to ask for the TV Remote Replacement. 6th - The Hotel Lobby has no Airconditioning. 7th - some Trash is Left underneath the Bed. 8th - The Room is Considered as VIP and yet the Free Soap, Toothbrush is just plain soap available at the store. 9th - The Slippers are Not in Good Condition. 10th - My Request that the room is near the Elevator is Not Approved and they didn't even informed me. They just give me a room number at the last Portion.

The location is unique and affordable

I booked a Premium Room; however, I was only given a Deluxe Room since the floor where the Premium Room is available was being renovated at the time. I was given two (2) cans of soda in exchange for the inconvenience.

The location is accessible, the WiFi in our room is weak, but all in all it's okay to stay.

So Far so Good.room is cheaper if you compare to other hotels in Cubao.

It is a nice hotel with a very affordable price. Will book there again if I'm going to travel back in Manila
