The hotel’s location also provides easy access to public transportation, including bus stations and the MRT. Pros: • Strategic location near major shopping malls, businesses, and tourist attractions. • Modern and well-maintained rooms with ample amenities. • Excellent customer service and friendly staff. • Rooftop swimming pool with city views. • Affordable rates for the quality and services offered. • Free Wi-Fi and other essential services like laundry and concierge. Cons: • Some rooms may be smaller compared to other hotels in the same price range. • Limited dining options, though there are many restaurants nearby. • Can be a bit noisy during peak hours due to its central location.

The location was within alley ways. The service and amenities were next to none. The room was renovated but cleanliness could be improved. The shower drain wasn't working well, and the sound proofing was so bad I could hear the TV from the next door all night through the hotel room walls. The internet was lousy as well, it kept on disconnecting or no internet connection, and speeds were so slow that you can't even watch YouTube properly. There were a lot of TV channels unavailable despite they were on the channel list, and the channels keep stopping and loading every few seconds and the TV keep hanging, flickering, then switch off itself every once in a while. You have to have your own internet through your phone, and your own device to watch TV/YouTube/Netflix for your entertainment as there's no useable TV/entertainment at all in the room.

I recommend this hotel...nice ambiance and cute swimming pool ..

What I truly appreciate about this hotel is its location; it's very convenient and close to the places I wanted to visit. The staff are very accommodating, and the room is quite spacious. One suggestion I have is to include a microwave in the room or at least provide one on each floor so that we can reheat our takeout food during our stay.

We really enjoyed staying here in this hotel. They didn't disappoint us. Will surely comeback here. They also have a good and attentive staf

The place is clean, quiet and seems new. Staff are accommodating and friendly. I didn't have any issues during my stay. Refillable drinking water in the hallway is really cold and refreshing. Hot shower working well. Overall, great place to stay.

Although the hotel is ok, our room is dusty. The towels are not white. Grayish in appearance. breakfast was so so.

The place is very convenient and accessible, however the overall Hotel needs an upgrade. From rooms, toilet, and other value added services. Booked for overnight stay to Celebrate our Anniversary, added this on special request no extra mile has been prepared. Not sure if it was the hotel’s choice to ignore the request or it was Trip’s lapse. Probably good for people who are just looking for a modest place to stay. Not a wow for us and probably the first and last venue for a staycation.

It's our first time checking in this hotel. Love the room its spacious. Cleanliness is okay. The breakfast buffet needs improvement. For it's price I don't think its worth it.

As usual, the stay is smooth. Will never get tired booking a room here 🤍

It's good for family staycation even though the pool was too small it's ok because it is not crowded and the place was also peaceful 😊
