We had a great and hassle-free stay. The location is convenient, close to malls and other amenities. We’ll definitely stay here again soon!

We stayed here for a night and my son really loved it! The room is clean, all amenities are well thought of and we love the breakfast buffet. We would definitely go back!

The hotel has nothing good，location is not convenient，facilities are old，staffs are also not trained. They don't even provide bottled water，there is a water bottle there I think they put tap water，I had diarrhea after drinking the water from the bottle

The staffs are very accommodating and kind. Good hotel service and top tier. They have great variety of Filipino foods and western style foods for their breakfast buffet. The view from their bar resto at the 24th flr. was so worth it! Greatly recommended for dinner dates! I had a fantastic stay at Seda Vertis North from February 8-12 while on a business trip. The Corner Suite was spacious, modern, and had everything I needed—a comfortable king-sized bed, a well-lit work desk, and fast WiFi that made working from the hotel effortless. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave me a beautiful city view, which was a nice touch after a long day of meetings. One of the best parts of my stay was the exclusive lounge access—a quiet and comfortable space where I could work, enjoy refreshments, and unwind in between tasks. The location was also a big plus, as it was close to business centers, restaurants, and shopping malls. The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and I appreciated the well-maintained gym and pool, which allowed me to relax and recharge. Overall, Seda Vertis North was the perfect home base for my business trip—comfortable, convenient, and well-managed. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Excellent stay as usual  superb staff and accommodations are a big plus

We are very happy especially our son we really enjoyed seda vertis north we only had 3 nights sa pag stay pero nag extend pa kami 😊 the staff are also super nice always smiling and helpful. Yung breakfast super duper nagustuhan namin. They also gave us a cake for our anniversary. And the room we requested they gave us 🙂 Thank you seda vertis north 10/10 . Good job !!!

The location was great because it is near the 3 big malls of the north.

That hotel was so clean and services very very great. We traveled 2 little babies and all staffs were very helpful and decided all of request. ✨️We had king bed and it was so comfy and clean ✨️Shampoo and shower gel was so nice organic smell and great quality ✨️Very liked their love enviromentally things. ✨️Staffs very nice and polite ✨️When come in room that has already good cleaned and it was so good feelings for us ✨️Breakfast was buffet and great tastes

I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

There is casino and a nice restaurant ( lucky noodles ) across the street from the hotel.

Location wise it is great, close to all major malls in Quezon city also just infront of Solaire North

Check-in and check-out were done without any troubles. Room was spacious and clean with good lighting. Hot water was consistent and the toiletries / bath products felt better than your average hotel. Really enjoyed the afternoon tea and evening cocktails from the club room lounge; they had decent selections plus a fairly private and peaceful environment. Staff were very attentive as well. Overall, enjoyed our stay and had a restful and relaxed weekend. Likely to recommend to friends and family.
