The location is great. The rooms is not clean at all, the towels they provide should replace a new one, it looks like a rag. So if you're going to stay here better to bring your own towels. The aircondition also needs a replacement, I can't sleep at all because of the noise its making.

The towels po parang ilang years na sobrang gamit na gamit na hindi papo nila pinapalitan hindi na white color dirty white na. 2 star hotel lang po talaga walang complimentary water or coffee anyways the location is great daming foods malapit and coffee shop.

Ok stay. Value for the money. Restaurants near. We opted for restaurants & street foods. Grab services were quick.

Clean, easy to access, there are nearby restaurants, the staff are all helpful even the guards.

Throughout my 4 nights stay, I was able to kill 3 different cockroach species, hence the 2 out of 5 for cleanliness rate. The location is excellent as there were nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were courteous. However, my request for room cleaning was not addressed. I didn't expect many amenities from a budget hotel, so I'm happy with the basic amenities.

Budget travelers dream rates. Rooms are nice and comfortable fells like in europe roomsizes. The parking got lots of space and parking fee does not come free with the room. The guards are doing a good jop make sure you are welcome. They always greet and opens the door. Staff at the front desk is just one so a long line during checkin hours. Will always comeback and rebook

It was a nice overnight stay and very convenient. Just had a problem with the wifi

First room given had strong urine smell whole room especially shower area, moldy pillow under case. we insist on moving to a different room, slightly better but loud tv behind bed due to thin wood wall

The location is good as it is near the center (timog avenue corner tomas morato). cleanliness is fine, the voices of the staff can be heard inside the room eventhough the door is closed. No breakfast or in house resto, good thing plenty of restaurants were available nearby.

Room is clean and location is very good, close to many restaurants and around 10 minute walk from MRT station.

a bug was seen crawling, towels should be replaced, the pullout table is hard to pull coz its broken
