Very recommendable to my friends; I enjoyed my stay, and the customer service is great.

I enjoyed staying there, the staffs are friendly too

security officers are as welcoming as the receptionist Clean lobby, hallway and room

Great location, clean rooms, accommodating staff and even the breakfast has many options

The staff are nice and friendly. My baby Pomeranian enjoyed the stay as well, good and not so loud Ang area so we rested well. The room is clean and very comfy. Looking forward to book again soon. Thank you!!

I think they forgot to refill the liquid soap sa CR, late na rin kami nag check in at umalis agad kaya wala ng time to remind the staff, mabagal lang mag drain ng water yung shower area.

We stay for 2 nights and it was quite fine but there is a problem wih the sink and there is a loud noise outside our room due to some guy are painting and the smell of the paint is too strong and someone accidentally push the fire alarm

It was here that I noticed the water dispenser in the lobby- both hot and cold. The guard helped me make my 3in1 coffee that I brought. Now I notice all Red planet's have this which is good for making instant noodles and the cold water is chilled which saves the planet and on bottled water costs.

1. Aircon, noisy 2. Can hear the noise come from outside. 3. Bathroom, need to improve and provide a hand shower.

Good location, good enough space for solo traveller. Clean and good price.

Had such a nice sleep the only problem was the shower, the hot water takes so long to be activated

Overall good experience. The room was clean and looked modern. All staff was very helpful and friendly.

Will recommend this. All basic must have is already in the rooms
