The White Palace Rabat

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to White Palace Rabat, which does not reflect the standards of a 5-star establishment. • The café had only two inexperienced waiters, the service was very slow, and it took over 30 minutes to receive our drinks. • My mother requested whipped cream for her ice cream, but they didn’t have any. • My son ordered a brownie and received a chocolate cake instead. • My sister ordered mango juice, but it came mixed with orange juice. • I requested a blueberry cheesecake, which was never served. • I was served very hot avocado juice. • The menu is expensive, but the quality and service do not match the price. I reported these issues to the manager, who said it was “out of his hands.” This experience is completely unacceptable and far below what one would expect from a 5-star establishment.

Beautiful property, very helpful staff, loved staying here. The rooms were very spacious and the architecture is beautiful.

The positives are the staff are lovely and very helpful, 5 stars to them. The rooms are lovely too. The negatives are they only have 2 sun loungers for a hotel of 12 rooms, the pool is not suitable for young children as its one depth and for show as we noticed that after 11ish am the restaurant is open to outsiders and who wants to be looked at while in the pool and they are eating. There is no where to relax in the sun, very disappointing especially when you are the one thats paid to stay there. Be mindful that it seems a very popular restaurant to late evening. There is an indoor pool which looks grand but very cold. The spa is up and coming and in process, maybe they need to explain this on their website, i would recommended this hotel for short stay and not a week like i had.
