Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr

Rabat has long been a dismal scene for hotels. For years the Sofitel, an abysmal hellhole with dirty carpets, constant Norovirus outbreaks and bad service, was the only game in town. So I was delighted when I found out a new Four Seasons had opened and was excited to try it out when I was in Rabat visiting family earlier in May. The hotel sent a driver to pick us up at the airport in Casa, so the stay began then with a kind, knowledgable driver and a beautiful, spotless Range Rover which brought us to Rabat. We were met at the door to the hotel by someone who immediately took us to our suite and checked us in. The process was error-free and quick and our bags arrived quickly afterwards. The suite, located on the 8th floor, was enormous and exquisitely decorated, with ocean views and a large terrace. The entire hotel has been done in timeless Moroccan style, with marble and wood inlays on the walls and the rooms reflect the same attention to detail. Our suite was a large one bedroom, with 1.5 bathrooms and a beautiful tiled terrace. Our breakfast the next day was served to us on the terrace, you have your choice between a traditional Moroccan breakfast, American or Continental. We chose Moroccan and it didn't disappoint - harira, Moroccan breads, olives, eggs, fresh squeezed orange or grapefruit juice and more - it was absolutely delicious. A couple of items were missing from our tray but once informed, room service quickly remedied the error. The three days we were at this property passed all too quickly. Checkout was quick and efficient and we were off to catch a flight to Doha, with beautiful memories of our stay at this gorgeous hotel still in our minds and hearts. My family are in Rabat so it's a home city for me but I also feel like this hotel will become a second home as well - and I couldn't be happier about that.

The BEST hotel ive stayed out my entire life. Worth every penny! I am very picky. Leading more of a luxury lifestyle, I dont want to feel as though I am downgrading when travelling. This hotel blew my mind. I have a hard time sleeping- slept for 14 hours and almost missed check out! The beds are amazing. The pool is stunning and overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate. Rooms are quiet. Bathroom is amazing- Dyptique bath/shower products- YES PLEASE! Bathtub is amazing and so deep. I can't say enough about this place. But what takes it a step higher is the staff. They are amazing and willing to do what ever it takes to make your stay incredible. I would return to Morocco if only to stay here again. thank you for a great stay! If you can make this hotel work in your budget, do it- you will not be disappointed!

Ramadan Iftar Gathering. Amazing moments with Team work, everything was special, details... Also I wanna recommend a gentle guy, he's a chef for seafood, he's called Yassin specializes in sea oysters, good experience I highly recommend tasting oysters with this guy.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to all the main attractions but still peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area – truly a 5-star experience!

The Four Seasons in Rabat is truly one of the most pristine and beautiful hotels we've stayed at across the various 5-star hotels we've resided at around the world. The hotel recently opened, and while there were some minor (very minor) growing pains, the service level was unmatched, and the client-friendly culture was carried across the staff irrespective of level and function. The layout, decor, and location next to the ocean were magnificent. I can't imagine a better experience and suspect this hotel will soon become a traveler favorite.

The location by the Atlantic, the service, food, accommodations and decor all exemplary. It all comes together. What a delightful visit. A few kinks as the indoor pool not yet open nor a boutique but overall it is a true destination. Perhaps overshadowed by Marrakech- Rabat is a lovely city. Easy to get around, clean and with many sights. Four Seasons Rabat is an ideal setting to situate. As longtime fans of Four Seasons we were upgraded to a suite which overlooked the Ocean. Spectacular! Lighting is well thought out and easy to use. We had lunch at the Mediterranean restaurant. The prawns were delicious. Dinner at the French restaurant- Ratatouille excellent as was The Camembert. Breakfast is a thoughtful buffet tastefully arranged. The service is top top throughout- the best we experienced in Morocco. A shoutout to Mohammed at the Front Desk and Ana who was in charge of opening the hotel for helping to make our stay so memorable. But really every staff member was excellent, professional solicitous and helpful. We have been to many Four Seasons properties but this one really stands out. Bravo!
