Crescent Motel

I would give this motel a six if I could. We booked a one night stay because there is a level 2 EV charger available with its own dedicated parking space. We were in room 8 which is right by the charger, not that it matters much as it is a small property. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. There was a kitchenette with a small dining table so we could cook our dinner and relax. You know when a place is well cared for when all the cupboard doors fit perfectly and none are out of alignment. The bathroom was small but functional and spotless. At first glance the shower stall appears small but it is a walk-in shower and quite roomy. Each room has a small deck with chairs and it was pleasant to sit outside and watch birds. The host is very friendly and chatty and said there are three types of hummingbirds who visit the many flower boxes he has planted around the property.

This hotel is very convenient and clean. The owner walked us to our room and made sure that we liked it. Because it is not a chain, it has charm. They also do not allow smoking: something we appreciate. It was a pleasant stay. The motel is also in walking distance of the Old Salzburg Restaurant, where we went for supper.

Willem is welcoming and an excellent host! He makes you feel like old friends.The picture here does not do it justice. We were in unit 5 which is a suite and has a stove and a regulate size fridge. The memory foam bed gave us one of the best sleeps in a bed that was not our own. The shower is beautiful and new. Willem has done an excellent job in renovating and rejuvenating this lovely property.

We were staying in Radium for the Clash of the Titans soccer tournament in Invermere. Great selection of rooms for our team’s needs and the patio was excellent for a post match team BBQ. With an 8am kick-off on Sunday and a second game back to back at 9:15am a good night’s sleep was essential. The Crescent Motel did not disappoint and the boys went on to win the tournament.

Our room was quaint and up to date. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend staying here!!! Close to hot spring pools and restaurants in Radium. Easy check in and check out. Loved our stay!

My sister and travelled to enjoy the Hot Springs and selected this motel because it had an EV charger available for guests. Since we were the only guests with an electric car, the owner, Willem allowed us to park in the EV space and use the charger during our entire stay. We stayed in a very clean room 8 that had two, comfortable beds, a full kitchen complete with dishes and cutlery as well as pots and pans. The fridge keep our food and drinks cold. A barbecue was available for use as was a patio. The motel had lots of colourful flowers overflowing from their hanging baskets. Flowering shrubs were planted in various parts of the property. We found, the owner to be very pleasant and helpful. He gave us free tickets for the admission to the hot springs. He provided information about the surrounding area and recommended places to see as well as things to do. He was rightfully proud of the work he did to renovate his motel. We highly recommend this location and will stay here again should we return to the area.
