Coconut Greenland is a good place for a family weekend. slightly out of the hustle bustle of day to day life, this resort gives a good serene experience, The property is new and has a good experience. food is ok and breakfast requires a lot of change. however its is a good one time visit experience

It’s a small but clean and comfy resort for family stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The in-house restaurant served good food and cater all our needs.

Location is really a problem. It's totally on the outskirts. Since we went on a weekday they did not even give us food only water was provided. We had to travel 14 kms far for good food. No amenities in the room. Basic amenities like soap and toothbrush were also not there. The property was well maintained but the staff was not at all supportive.

Coconut greenland is a lush green well maintained property. Its location allows you to enjoy nature as its surrounded by fields. This makes it a perfect choice for weekend getaway. Staff is courteous and provides timely and quality service. Food served as delicious and freshly cooked on order. Swimming pool is maintained properly and is good enough to spend couple of hours. Recommend this property in case you are looking for a calm stay and have a good family time.

Extremely wonderful stay and very cozy rooms and overall space

Place is small as compared to images shown, food is bad and no place for kids recreation, not worth for the price paid

The property is way outside the center of beach. It is typically located in one village area. In addition the very limited food options and also there are no proper cooks to prepare and serve you. You have to typically give complete order once and it is served after 1-1. 5 hrs. They need to improve on food and staff

The property is well maintained for the lawn and pool area. The swimming pool water is very clean and my toddler enjoyed swimming very much. The gym is well maintained. The food is hygienic and clean but they have limited menu options for lunch and dinner. For those opting on thali system the minimum order for thali has to be two or more we cannot order 1 thali. The room service staff need some serious improvisation. The trash bins in the room are not clear daily. Food which is ordered inside the room and plates are kept outside, they are not cleared on immediate basis leaving them outside overnight or for entire day. All though there are no pets allowed in the property that are a few cats in this property who are outside the rooms and eat food or the leftovers in the plate which are left outside the rooms due to which the balcony of the rooms becomes very dirty and also that is not clean on daily basis. You can see the leftovers in the balcony fallen here and there. Overall experience has been good but the stay could have been much better if the room service and staff was a bit quick in the response.
