Lovely upgraded rooms (including a fridge and a coffeemaker!) Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. What more can you ask for.

A much appreciated birthday gift with left in the room. The staff are very friendly and the room was of an exceptionally high standard

Had a lovely stay here for 2 nights. Typical Premier Inn experience (which is a good thing) and the hotel was clean and conveniently located for our weekend break. Then only downside was a lack of air conditioning for what was a very hot summer's night but a fan was provided without any fuss. Staff were super friendly and made sure we had every we needed. Parking is free which is a bonus

Very comfortable the room was spacious and clean. The service was excellent and one of staff at reception helped us get another fan for our room

Exceeded the expectations and the staff were great. The location perfectly suited my needs. Very clean and well organised. Thus far, best experience from all my stays at other Premier Inns. Could not fault this place at all and will for sure be back for when needed.

Yesterday FIRST BUT NOT LAST VISIT Fantastic staff in Reception and Restaurant next door. Very friendly and informative. Could not do enough for us. Very very clean. Fantastic value for money. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. No complaints at all. This is the only place I would consider staying if we went up to visit the family again

I've stayed in plenty of travel lodges, premier inns, holiday inns etc over the years. Can honestly say this hotel had the friendliest bunch of staff in any of them. From the front desk, to the cleaning staff to the staff in the restaurant, they all didn't company proud and I'd happily stay here again.

I stayed for 8 nights and I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and extremely polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very nice, every meal. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We staid for three nights with little child. Absolutely amazing hotel. ROOMS CLEAN AND NICE. FRESH LINING. Perfect servise. STAFF IN THE RECEPTION very helpfull and kind. Defenetly will come back. Recomend to our friends and family. A ++!

I have never had such a horrible meal. Premier inn did not let us know they only had limited menu at Table/Table. The manager told us when we got there, she said it had been limited since before Christmas. I ordered Thai green curry from the vastly reduced menu, the vegetables being 3 small pieces of raw sweet potato and 2 small thin slivers of uncooked red pepper, a spoonful of rice and plastic tasting sauce. My husband had haddock and chips, the haddock came out with dark brown batter, obviously old, dirty oil. It was shockingly bad. Never again. Premier inn should take some responsibility if they’re franchising and promoting them

We came down for our cousins 40th birthday and stayed here for two nights. From the moment we checked in every team member was fantastic, all said hello, asked how our room was and all so smiley. Especially Laura and Zydra who we seen both days off our stay. We will definitely be staying here when we come down again which will hopefully be very soon! Thank you so much for such a great stay!

Do not go in your work van I Turned up to site on the 12/11/2024 Asked lots of people in the hotel whats this area like and is it bad for vans getting broke in too everyone said no it’s fine I looked at my van on the 13/12/2024 at 6:30 am To find they drilled side door and open up up like a tin got in my van and stole lots of stuff
