I really enjoyed the venue which book by my juniors for farewell event, every arrangement was perfect.Chair quality can be improved and some little adjustments can be done but other than some minor adjustments it is all good. I hope this review helpful

room..ok..food..average.
service pathetic. it's just a big property work going on everywhere. it seems more like a maze than a hotel. your request means nothing to them. I had to cancel my meeting in between because they couldn't give a while to check out.
that is when I am a mmt black member.

My experience at Hotel Grand Imperia was disappointing. The rooms were not up to the mark—they lacked proper ventilation, felt stuffy, and to make things worse, there were too many mosquitoes, which made it really uncomfortable to relax or sleep.
On the positive side, the food was quite good, and the dining experience was pleasant. However, the issues with the room overshadowed the good parts of the stay. Definitely needs improvement in basic comfort and cleanliness.

The Property is big it's under renovation but the rooms are spacious. Overall the hotel is good for staying

We have farewell party in banquet hall which went amazing. Everything was perfect including hall, food and decoration. Staff support is also good, I would like to name specially kalpana for her generous behaviour and good management. It was just memorable.

The food at the hotel was good and the staff behaviour was also good We organized a freshers party there and everyone enjoyed it a lot. There were many options in buffet and the service was very fast . Banquet hall was also very spacious can easily accommodate 100-150 people and has good lighting

Rooms are very dirty. And cleaned after our instructions. In toilet taps are unserviceable and take one and half hours to get repaired as we booked before 2 days. Room service is very poor.we were forced to shift our luggage from Room to car.
