The key lock of the room was damaged, they auto-loved it in their bad way and later i did not even get safety. They should be given the room which is completely ready.

The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel breakfast is also good. I appreciate the hotel staff for making your stay pleasant.

Very very bad hotel, room full of mosquitoes, no hot water, rude staff, very costly food, do not stay at this horrible hotel

Hotel room is neat and clean. But female receptionist behavior is not polite. In reception they don't receive call. From room if you call in reception, room service or house keeping they don't receive calls. It is problematic. They are charging 77 per mineral water bottle of 1 l. It is too much. Normal mineral water bottle charge is 25-30 rs so why unnecessarily they are charging this much. Better to go for other hotel.

Property is under construction, linens are very old and stinking, the room has balcony which is connected to a construction site and veer my unsafe, workers can easily sneak into the room which is a security concern during construction hours. Food served was good.

Very far from station and hotel is under renovation. But overall good stay. Only distance problem. Staff is good

Tried contacting the hotel on the phone a day prior to my journey but was slightly difficult. Friendly staff and easy check in. Room no 120 was given to me. A non-smoking room was not available for me. Room size is good. Toiletries were good. Some fitments (shower liver, towel rack outside the shower cubicle) in the toilet need repairs. Hot water provision was not good. Overall it was an okay stay.
