Nice staff, good food better  location over all it was pleasant stay  in Hyatt

We had a bit of a challenge checking in as the hotel claimed that it was informed of the booking only the same morning, when they were fully booked. However they found a room & managed to accommodate us. Overall a happy experience.

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Everything was awesome and the breakfast was superb only disappointed from the buffet dinner, staffs were cooperative Waiting for the next visit to Hyatt Raipur.

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the hotel employees, Ganesh Tiwari. While interacting with me and my team on the hotel’s main porch, he spoke to me in an extremely rude manner, shouting at me in front of my team and respected guests. When I addressed his behavior, he stated that this was his “only way” of speaking to the event team, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I travel for about 8 months of the year, visiting various cities and staying at numerous 5-star properties across different countries, but this is the first time I’ve encountered such behavior. I’ve been staying at this hotel for the past 2 days, and while the overall staff has been very cooperative and helpful, this employee’s conduct was appalling. The hotel management should take immediate action against him, as this behavior could significantly impact future guest reviews and the hotel’s reputation. I hope the hotel takes responsibility and addresses this issue promptly.

Just check-in and you will get the experience you are waiting for, instead of explaining, it will be nice if you go and feel it for yourself. It's a wonderful experience staying at this property. Very peaceful, hygienic, and well maintained.

Excellent staff at Hyatt Raipur. Mr. Ajen from restaurant and Mr. Umesh from reception were really helpful as always. Wifi of the hotel is extremely poor and I have been complaining everytime regarding the wifi speed. Also the equipment specially the treadmill in the gym needs a change as it's too old now.

Courteous and friendly staff. Lots of place for good food around. Good location , not far from airport. Good Restaurant and good breakfast spread. Lots of places to sit around for business meetings. Staff is polite and helpful. Good coffee.

Had a great breakfast at Hyatt Raipur during my stay here. Tried the sprouts chilla and the nachni dosa as recommended by chef Gargi. It tasted good also was a very healthy option for the breakfast. Also, the other staff at the restaurant was super hospitable and made our experience good.

Experiencing any place, sometimes, becomes like our destiny blessing our being through the coincidences of divinely ethical milestones like chef Gargi and Ms Meera...I do believe, both of them are surely serving the very purpose of their duties, leaving a great legacy to follow... creating a threshold to divinity...

Experience was great. Chef Gargi, Chef Ria and Chef Abhishek made our breakfast experience very enjoyable. Manish Kumar also provided great service. We will recommend this stay to our friends and family further. The rooms were clean and well maintained as well.

The Hyatt was great. In the cafe, Naina was incredibly friendly with us and our daughter. Ankita was also great. The service to our room was very attentive to our needs, asking and bringing extra blankets and tissues. The hotel reception helped us get local currency and was very responsive.

Good Experience and staff greet with courtesy and offer best help. Good food good life Staff helped me for personal meeting, health support and required family needs. Special thanks to Chef Gargi was very interactive and also thanks to karuna and maneesh😊✌️
