Good hotel as you would expect from ITC. Service leaves a lot to be desired.

Hotel is located approximately 45min away from airport. Room is clean and spacious, comes with bottled water for consumption. Did not get to try to food at the restaurant unfortunately.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and was very disappointed with the experience. The facilities at the hotel were not good. I had to call for basic amenities like a shaving set and shoe polish. There was no hot water in the evening and at night during this winter session, which was very inconvenient. I also received unnecessary calls from the spa to my hotel room. The food at the hotel was also not good.The breakfast area was too small. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Fortune Hotel, Rajkot.
