This makes it the perfect space for cooking & enjoying a meal with loved ones at our spacious dining table. Complimentary coffee & a coffee machine are provided, so you can wake up & enjoy a cup before heading out to start your day. In the living room area, feel free to get cozy with throw blankets & enjoy your favorite shows & movies on our smart TV. Our spacious backyard is fenced in, making it perfect to run around with young kids or your dog! Steps away from our home, Brentwood Park is a 19-acre green space park offering a variety of amenities for residents and visitors alike. Amenities include a playground, sports fields, picnic area and walking trails. It is a great place to relax, exercise and enjoy the outdoors! We welcome you to bring your dogs but please add any pet requests to your reservation. We work around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned before each guest's arrival with a disinfectant cleaner that kills 99.99% of germs. Unlike standard hotel practices, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and launder them between guests. There is a one-time, non-refundable $250 cleaning fee. Please be advised that the City of Raleigh is very strict with ordinances regarding short-term rentals. There are no special events, gatherings or parties allowed on the premises. No sound systems are allowed to be brought onto the property by guests. The occupancy is limited to 10 overnight guests and 3 cars are allowed on the property. Please keep these in mind when booking the house - thanks! During your stay, you'll also have access to us full-time.
