I had considered retrieving the cart myself, but her dismissive attitude dissuaded me. I also mentioned not receiving my keyless entry information, which was well past the checkout time by over an hour. Upon entering the lobby later, I encountered a lengthy queue, to which the manager showed little concern, attributing it to a busy period.
