Red Roof PLUS+ Raleigh Downtown - NCSU/Conv Center recensioner

100% Smoke free property, unless of course, you’re friends with the receptionist.. then it’s totally fine to smoke inside! Absolutely tacky start to our check-in. Not a good part of Raleigh either, high crime area and homeless. Our party was traveling for business, and had we been given ample time to find lodging, I would’ve chosen anywhere but here. You REALLY get what you pay for. No microwave or fridge, no hot water, and a very outdated, dirty room overall. Red Roof is a hit or miss, and this one missed by far.

I love the red roof

Our room was VERY clean upon entry and the front desk staff was pleasant. It is a red roof so as far as I know that brand does not offer breakfast normally but they do have coffee in the mornings at this location. I also liked that I was able to open our window to let in some fresh air. A lot of hotels you aren't able to open the windows at all since they are permanently installed.
