Greatly appreciated the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. They made stay very comfortable. Hotel is very near main road with a lot of eating places and grocery stores.

Brianna has been a delight always eager to help and Hawa has been so sweet and supportive! The staff is super friendly and helpful and always making sure we are comfortable! The grounds are groomed and clean with convenient store in walking distance… enjoy!

The worst experience at any place I’ve ever stayed. The halls smelled, the floors were sticky and the place just felt so dirty. One of the girls at the front desk was so rude and horrible attitude. I’d look anywhere else before you book here. $200 deposit fee as well. I just want to save anyone else from going through what I did.

I didnt actually get to stay at this hotel. Customer service was atrocious. I waited iver 20 minutes to check in, told the receptionisy that, they immediately got an attitude, rolled their eyes, said they couldnt find my reservation then denied me a room. I asked to speak to the office manager and the person claimed to be the office manager. I am an office manager and I would NEVER treat my customerrs i. The way I was treated.

There was nothing unique about the property. The inside of the building was so stinky that it was unbarbly. I requested a non-smoking room, and the room I was given was not. I had to spray perfume all over the room. The bed felt like plastic, and it was dirty. The bathroom sink has all sorts of stains over it. The elevators were dirty and stinky. I spent one night and checked out. My clothes were so smelly I had to air them out at the next hotel I stayed. I completely hate that hotel. It was not what it looked like on the website. They should close it down and thoroughly clean it. Completely wasted my money.

The stay itself was fine. The service could have been way better. The hotel is old. Old furniture, loose ceiling paint and cracks in just about everything. Also, a $200 security deposit was not mentioned on the website, but taken at check in. When I checked out, the rude host told me that they had to check my room for damages before I was credited back my $200. As old as that hotel is, there is very little damage that anyone could do. The bed was comfortable and it smelled nice inside the room. There was smoking in the building even though its a non smoking building. They need to close this one and remodel as there is another one literally, right behind this one.
