Ramboda Falls

We stayed at Ramboda Falls Hotel from 29th to 30th August 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hotel is located right near the beautiful Ramboda Ella – the view is simply breathtaking. The entire environment is clean, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. We loved the buffet – so many delicious dishes with a great variety to choose from! A special thanks to Miss Sanjutha for her outstanding service – she was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. She's truly a responsible and dedicated member of the team. Also, a big appreciation to Mr. Viraj, the General Manager, for making sure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and warm welcome added to our great experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Come and enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Ramboda Falls Hotel!

We had an amazing family stay at Ramboda falls Hotel in August. The view of the Ramboda falls from the hotel is absolutely stunning and made our trip unforgettable. A huge thank you to the front office and restaurant staff for their exceptional service and warm hospitality.We highly recommended this hotel and can't wait to visit again!!

The room 403 had a beautiful view of the waterfall, which we really appreciated. However, there was no hot water facility during our stay. When we reported this, the response felt quite lazy—we had to call 3–4 times. The maintenance team came twice but didn’t take any real action, other than checking the cold water. It seemed like they already knew the hot water wasn’t working. We also felt the receptionist was trying a bit too hard to boast about the room view, which made us suspect they were trying to divert attention from the issue. If you’re planning to book a room at Ramboda Falls, I strongly recommend asking in advance whether all facilities are available. And based on our experience, it’s best to avoid Room 403 till they renovate facilities.

A hotel in a Superb location. The waterfall and the natural pool were very enjoyable. The service by the staff was very good , especially Janaka Bandara, Kapila and Asanga at the Restaurant. The rooms were clean with all amenities and the view of the waterfall from our room was wonderful .However housekeeping was a bit lacking as the rooms were not cleaned on the second day and we had to make request for some basic needs.If this location was in any other western country , a hotel in such a location would have been made a premier destination. Unfortunately it seems a lack of vision to develop the place and lack of proper Marketing is restricting the huge potential of this Hotel.

I had a truly unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel, with its stunning waterfall view and delicious food. The entire experience was elevated by the warm and attentive service. This hotel was a surprise...I had lowish expectations after reading some reviews yet I found it quite good Nice room if basic... Clean and with nice view Stunning location right next to the waterfall Food was good . Of course it's remote so basically have to eat in the restaurant there
