Ramboda Falls

I had a truly unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel, with its stunning waterfall view and delicious food. The entire experience was elevated by the warm and attentive service. A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing staff, and a special thanks to you Mr.Viraj (GM at this Hotel) for making everything perfect. This hotel was a surprise...I had lowish expectations after reading some reviews yet I found it quite good Nice room if basic... Clean and with nice view Stunning location right next to the waterfall Food was good . Of course it's remote so basically have to eat in the restaurant there

Loved the hotel and the falls close by. The view is so calming and the environment is so soothing. The food was great and the staff was friendly. We had a great time with family and friends. A must visit hotel

I recently stayed here, but unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. Upon check-in, I was greeted by a bald gentleman who introduced himself as the manager. His attitude left a lot to be desired – he was dismissive and unhelpful when I raised a few concerns. It felt as if any question or issue was an inconvenience to him, which was disappointing, especially coming from a manager. The room itself also didn’t live up to expectations. The floors were sticky and didn’t feel properly cleaned, which raised concerns about overall cleanliness and maintenance standards. The discomfort from the uncleanliness made it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. For a place that’s presumably aiming to provide a comfortable experience, attention to such basic details would make a big difference. I hope the management takes feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests. Better customer service and cleanliness standards would go a long way in making this a place I could recommend. For now, it’s not somewhere I’d rush back to, given these issues.

Absolutely the very, very best in this hotel is just in front of fantastic waterfall with great view and walking distance to be very close to it. Very nice swimming pool also with the view.. rooms are OK have everything that you need the weakest point is restaurant with a very low quality breakfast and dinner. Service is fantastic like everywhere on Sri Lanka.
