spectacular view of the mountains with wide range of facilities including outdoor pool. Restaurant food were great too.

房費含三餐，都是自助，味道一般，需要另外付費點飲品否則衹能幹吃；酒店房間不是很大，尤其衞生間；打掃房間非常潦草，吹風機本來放在床頭的，打掃完直接被丟到了地上，毛巾也沒有換新的；minibar沒有收費單，衹喝了瓶裝水也要收費（房間裏沒有其他瓶裝水提供，唯一一壺水是敞口的，沒有蓋子，不知道這樣放了多久不敢喝）

非常喜歡這個酒店，雖然不便宜但是物有所值，含早晚餐，總的來説很不錯，沒有遊客很安靜的小鎮，有機會還會去的

Visited with aging parents, and this hotel delivered for everyone. The staff was patient with my parents who were not familiar with language or culture, and the facilities were outstanding. We booked the family suite for ourselves and very much enjoyed the resting bed on the terrace. Food was high quality for a buffet and bar had great ambiance. Very relaxing stay, didn’t want to leave. Am hoping to return!

One of the most wonderful places we have stayed: The beautiful location, the friendliness of the staff and the food The decor of the place - an understated and modern version of the Alpine style - and the delicious menu that offers modern vegetarian and vegan options takes this hotel to a whole new level. Only drawbacks were the lack of Aircon, a lawn chair that malfunctioned resulting in a bruised shoulder and the huge bed that had some strange kind of tipping function

We very much enjoyed our stay! The room was amazing. I loved the space and the view we had. The sleep experience was also incredible! Only two small items we thought would have helped the experience. We had a great balcony with an amazing view and we like to leave the doors open at night. There were smokers in the room above us and when they smoked it would come down to us in the balcony and into our room. We are non-smokers. Suggestion: place non-smokers on the top floor or perhaps make one side of the house for smokers and the other for non-smokers. The food was incredible! The buffet was not like your standard buffet rather like a a’la Card buffet! So many selections to choose from. They paid attention to every detail! Truly felt very spoiled by them! The outdoor pool was nice and warm! The sauna was very beautiful! Above all! The servers, room service personnel, kitchen personnel made us feel welcomed and they always made everyone feel like they are the king of the house during their stay! Thank you! Susanne and Alex

4 of us stayed in July 2025, and as we are a family with 2x older teenagers, we booked 2 rooms. This made the holiday very expensive, and so we were expecting a lot for our money. Whilst there were no major problems, there were just lots of little niggles, that made it less than perfect. 1. The hotel was very hot - both the public corridors, and our rooms. This meant that we had to sleep with our patio doors wide open, which given we were on the ground floor was not good, and whilst we felt safe it wasn't ideal. (the heat was not due to the weather, as we visited during a stormy spell, and outside temperatures were not high). 2. I'm a light sleeper, and the nearby church bells ring every quarter of an hour throughout the night. There is a long ring for 6am, which woke me every day. This is obviously outside of the hotel's control, however regardless subtracted from my enjoyment of the stay. 3. Shower/Bath - in our room the shower was in the bath. It's a very high sided bath, with a big step as you go in/out. Without a handrail it felt quite dangerous when wet. 4. Meals - are all buffet style, and I thought there were too many flies in and around the food as it was waiting. 5. Hidden costs - Remember we were paying approx £1000 per night. At check out we were presented with hidden costs for snacks from the room mini bar. Neither room had a menu, highlighting the cost and we had assumed the snacks were a one off "welcome" from the hotel. Sadly this being highlighted as we checked out, really spoilt our stay at the hotel and how I will remember my time there - the hidden cost to us was approx £30, so not huge (compared to £1000 per night we'd paid already), but was unnecessary if we'd known about the costs. Having said this, there are many fantastic aspects to this hotel. 1. Location - is beautiful, both views from the hotel, and when walking around the local area (we were on a hiking holiday). 2. Staff - were friendly and helpful 3. Room - was large, clean and very comfortable. The bed was perfect, as were the pillows, of which there were plenty.

Clean, wonderful, excellent food, excellent staff, excellent facilities, great saunas, in nature. Loved it. Will be back.

Just had the most lovely holiday. A beautiful part of the world offering great hiking over snow clad mountains and clear lakes. Incredible attention to detail in the hotel. Food was delicious and local and I feel very healthy (though a few pounds heavier!) The beds were so cosy and I don't remember sleeping so well. The spa was just divine. All staff were a credit to the hotel and so friendly and welcoming.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel has everything to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Even when the weather is not so great, the wellness center, organized activities, or the fitness room offer solace. The only downside is that the food is so delicious that you are guaranteed to eat too much :-)

This hotel has so much to offer - great food, perfect wellness area and friendly staff. The position is wonderful for many hikes in the area and it is a great escape from a busy city life. Dogs are welcome, which we appreciated too.

I really needed a vacation so we choose something nice and Alps and went. First impression: we’ve been pampered with room upgrade! It is an amazing place. Everything have been great. We even prolonged our stay for 3 more nights. This time there were no upgrade so we moved to the originally booked type of room - well, balcony was a bit smaller, “what a deal”! 😂 I am saying, that rooms just just wonderful. When I came in first I couldn’t believe my eyes I AM STAYING HERE??? Luxury, but a cozy type. Food was great, just nothing more or less. What I kind of disliked was standing in line to get meat/fish and then they’d give you the tiny portion. Yes, you can ask for more. But still made me a bit uncomfortable. Live music in restaurant on Fridays, such a highlight. Very welcoming cozy kamin room/bar. I spent there quite some hours at early evenings with my book by fire. Saunas (several I side and one panoramic outside) and 2 swimming pools were great. Location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but all surrounded by nature and there are several trails starting straight from hotel. I loved it. Also very dog friendly! I never met such a service for furry friends in other hotels: blanket, bowl, toilet baggies and even leckerlies! Though, hotel itself is quite on the hill, so if you don’t like hikes all the time, that’s probably not the right location. Simply even to walk your dog before sleep is to literally go up the steep hill.
