We had a fabulous stay here over the weekend, we stayed in the executive suite, the room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable and the views were amazing! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were warm and welcoming, we can’t wait to book our next stay!

Just returned home after 5 night stay with Ellen Smith Coach Tour . Room was was very nice and bed extremely comfortable. Only downside was our room overlooked kitchens and fans were on all night. Food was passable. Had cooked breakfast on first morning found food to be lukewarm and not very appealing. Service in dining room was very slow due to not being enough staff.Expected better from highly rated hotel .

I would just like to say thank you to all the staff who were amazing today for our Christmas lunch out. Wendy in the office was brilliant and kept us informed. Unfortunately my mum was poorly on the day and the young man I spoke to (he was also meet and greet) on the phone sorted a take away Christmas Day meal. What a star! Sorry I didn’t get your name. The food was fabulous and I’d like to thank all the staff for giving up their Christmas Day to look after us. Special shout out to Tom.

My husband and I go once a month in the winter months. Usually October - February. I'm afraid we found the standards had slipped this time. Bathroom was grubby. The three course main meal, the starter was lamb broth. It was very bland and the only choice. When asked the waitress she said she would ask to see if there was anything else, she came back and said anything on the menu as a smaller size! I said I didn't fancy a steak or fish and chips in miniature! The Hotel itself we love as always lovely but I'm afraid to say this will be our last time. I can see corners have been cut but I fear to their peril.

Currently staying at this hotel why oh why aren’t the reviews being listened to. Sit down at 6.30pm for evening meal finish at 8pm due to lack of staff and they seem to wait for all of each table to finish,majority of food has no taste and as already said isn’t hot the chicken pie and cottage pie seem to swim in a yellow grease. Fruit for dessert was breakfast melon. Vegetables need health and safety warning as rock hard always courgette broccoli and cauliflower.Rooms are nice staff are helpful and friendly to a point and you can understand their frustration they seem to be doing a job under difficult circumstances being on the front line where was the management when asked. It’s a shame as the location is great for Ramsey. Coach company Shearings need to step in when customers aren’t enjoying the full holiday . Looking forward to Thursday evening meal as another coach party just arrived. Shearings part of holiday is brilliant great coach driver well organised and punctual will go with them again.

We have just stayed at the Ramsey Park Hotel in of course Ramsey town I.O.M. for only two nights ...they were booked up for the other nights of our stay on the Isle. The room was lovely and fresh, clean and well stocked with the best bath towels Ive used in ages! The 3th floor room view on the Ramsey Bay was wonderful too. The food & drinks fine, what made it for us was the friendly staff super helpful and nothing was too much. A great place to stay, we will be back! 5 star service in my book. Room 608

By the looks of it, this is the only relatively modern hotel in Ramsey, certainly the largest, if that is what you are looking for, its probably the best pick in Ramsey. It is located 5 to 10 minute walk to the town centre on the outskirts of Ramsey with the waterfront on one side of the hotel and the lake park on the other side, nice walks in the varsity. The rooms and common areas were servable, modern and clean, very good by Isle of Mann standards in my view. There is a nice bar/bistro that is open for dinner and a larger dining/conference room where breakfast is served. Good value for money, I would stay here again.

Was there on a coach trip last week and although the room was really nice and breakfast was ok the service at the evening meal was dreadful even though we had to pre- order our meal 5 days in advance , so they knew what we were having to eat . There was another coach party there at the same time , meaning approx 80 people were being served 3 courses with only 3 staff serving them !!! meaning up to an hours wait between courses. When i asked to see the duty manager to express my concern at the delay it turned out to be one of the waiters and he was just so rude and arrogant !!! He said that this was the way they treated coach parties and that nothing was going to change and when i mentioned Trip Advisor he said we could write what we wanted and he could not care less as he didnt read the comments anyway !!! The hotel made us feel like 2nd class guests just because we were on a coach trip. Would certainly never ever stay here again

Stayed here on a coach trip.. went last Yr and was amazing but can tell the staff changed cause we got rabbit in a head light if you made a comment about food or room got attuide like we were the problem.. food was slow and luke walm and taseless too worried to mention as the faulty towers attitude wasn't worth it like we were the problem .. went out on the coach and found a lovely cafe in ramsey Town.. court cafe I think .. beautiful quice and fish cakes and took back some scones cause knew I needed something tasty to have after the so called nice meal including meal at our hotel ..
