Though they call it a 3 star hotel first they do not belong to this category. Starting with furnitures and upholstery placed in the rooms and reception are in poor condition the leather type of upper covers are torn at places and the cloth holding beneath have also torn and hanging showing poor maintenance. Coming to other equipments in the room, the wear and tear visible on them are showing their age. The blankets are torn at places under apparently clean cover.The wash room is in miserable condition, water dripping from tap continuously. The lower part of the wash room in touch with water showing stains of crust and same with commode bowl.The door of the washroom not clean and frame of the door chipped and woods visible.Carpets and doormats are shabby and torn. Good thing are -it's location , complimentary breakfast spread though not with many items, acceptable, quality of food served in restaurant not bad, and the staff listens to instructions.

The hotel was adisapointment. There is some sort of smell in the room even though i had taken the highest grade of room. The bathroom was just ok, the wter pressure in the shower was pathetic the breakfast was ok. It was on the 4th floor but highly dissapoiting was there was no place to sit and only 1 person was serving and replenishing. The whole restuatrnt had only two tables and you had to share your table with two/three other guests.

It was good except the food. The taste of food could be improved. We ordered a loo pratha, but the oil tasted weird. Although the staff was well behaved.

Very bad guest service. I booked room with free lunch/dinner. No information was given by the hotel staff (even upon asking) that if theres any limit on ordering. Ordered food of almost 2, 000 in 2 days, upon checkout the hotel staff said that limit is only 800 per day and “naya ladka tha is i lye apko btaya nai” very bad behaviour, the staff blamed us and was very ignorant. Never recommend this hotel
