locaton was good and property was good .but television was not working in my room and staff were not able to resolve this

The room is too small. There is no table and almirah available blanket was dirty and water bottle given nothing was given complimentary overall pathetic service

I had booked a premium deluxe room from mmt by giving extra money but when i reached the hotel i got a small room, i told him but they denied they demanded for extra money and service was too bad for order any food you have to call 3-4 times and the staff behaviour is not polite

A budget friendly hotel. The behaviour of the hotel staff is really wonderful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect just 8 minutes walking distance from ranchi station.

i have ordered a premium deluxe room by giving extra money but I got a normal small size room and service by hotel is too poor you have to call 3-4 times to order any food and the staff behaviour is not good..

The hotel was very close to the station and pretty clean. The room had a geyser, which is good for ranchi's weather. Overall experience is ok

As usual great stay at hotel sunny. Smooth check in process. Manager and other housekeeping staffs too decent and co operative. Location perfect. Highly appreciated and recommended.

It was clean and the staffs' behaviour was very nice. The location is exactly 5 mins walking from the station. It was my second stay, my experience this is better than the previous. A decent stay at this price with is location is value for money.
