I was welcomed by a statement that there was no booking from your side. The welcome was very cold, and my family had to wait in the lobby for the time i parked my car, and i had to argue with the booking details to gain an entry. On getting the room after hot exchanges we found that they were asking for extra payment for the mattress the that were booked for the stay. There was a tv in the room but it failed to work, it was a smart tv but the net was poor and couldn't watch it, a new tv was provided the set top box was changed the same worked for 1 hr and then it failed again. The next day the snapped wire had to be replace before it started working. That also on repeated requests. The toiletries and the tea kits were = not given enough in numbers. The request for the waiters and housekeeping persons was a time taking process. The deposited key was once said to be not deposited with the room kept uncleaned.
