I want to highlight the good treatment of the receptionists, specially Kate, who made sure that we had a pleasant stay. The rooms are okay, well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The only problem are the windows which don’t have acoustic insulation so you will hear all the noise from the bar, specially if the owners are there. The dinner at the restaurant is pretty good but the breakfast is not up to the standards of the hotel, in fact there were flies flying around the food and neither the waiters, we had to ask several times for just one coffee. Besides we wanted to have a coffee and water in the afternoon at the bar and we couldn’t as all the waiters were preparing another event for the owners.

Staff are very attentive. A nice personable welcome and lovely room. Definitely the nicest style hotel in Rapallo in my opinion. Very central and across from the beach. Breakfast was good but not excellent - although plenty of fresh fruit which I’ve found other in the hotels I stayed in on the Riveria didn’t offer. Be aware of the noise when booking a hotel along this *****. I didn’t mind but others might have difficulty sleeping through it.

DONT COME TO THIS HOTEL! It ruined my trip, me and my family couldnt sleep for 4 nights because they play EXTREMELY loud music for non guests at the restaurant until morning. Max 2 stars hotel, too expensive for what it offers. Beach in front of the hotel not approved by authorities due to poor water quality. Terrible cleaning and shower. AC old and noisy. Elevator cannot be used. I wrote a complaint and didnt even get an answer. STAY AWAY! They dont care at all about their guests, worst money I ever spent on a hotel (I never write reviews, but I had to warn other guests!)

This hotel is in a fantastic location, the owners have obviously spent a bit taking it up to a high standard. The reception staff we met Natalia, Walter and Katherine were all warm, fun and very helpful. The owner put in an amazing 18 hour plus days wondering about the place. He didn't seem to do very much but obviously passionate about the business. Lucky for him he had Carola running about the restaurant in the morning saving him by doing the work of 5 people. One of her colleagues described her as "Una brava persona" and I totally agree. If you are not into DJ's blasting tunes at full volume while you try and have an evening meal or plan on sleeping before 1am this is not the venue for you. We didn't dine here for that reason and luckily were not early bed'ers. Life music was great and overall a pleasurable stay in the beautiful Rapallo.

The hotel has been renovated and is excellent. Perfect location right on the water. Wonderful breakfast included in our room which we chose at booking. The beds were super comfortable and we had a lovely suite that accommodated our family. The staff was super friendly especially with our kids and spoke great English. We would definitely return to this hotel!

I was travelling with a friend by car and we stopped to grab a drink around midnight. At the hotel they were having a small party and there were some people dancing on vintage italian music which personally I find adorable and the owner greeted us very friendly and politely. I’d like to visit the hotel in the future and maybe spend some days there. The location and the view are amazing⭐️

Un posto incredibile con vista mozzafiato! Ho trascorso due week end in questa struttura, che dire , nulla lasciato al caso, le camere arredate con gusto, curate nel dettaglio e soprattutto super pulite, da provare il ristorante con lo chef Andy Luotto creativo e disponibile, la materia prima è eccellente e si sente in ogni piatto! Il personale è giovane e attento al cliente , il barman crea cocktail perfetti, carta dei vini ampia e di qualità . Proprietari attenti e pronti ad ogni richiesta, ti fanno sentire a casa. Tornerò presto perché “si torna sempre dove si è stati bene “, complimenti !!!!

Non ho mai avuto esperienza piu bella! Un vero boutique hotel da 5 stelle non da 4: personale perfetto, cibo meraviglioso e vista INCANTEVOLE e’ davvero IMPERDIBILE! Ve lo consiglio assolutamente! Nel centro di Rapallo! Non vedo l’ora di ritornare per rivivere queste stesse uniche emozioni!!! Questo hotel mi ha toccato l’anima con la sua bellezza!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo meraviglioso hotel e non posso che esprimere il mio entusiasmo per l'ospitalità ricevuta. Sin dal mio arrivo, sono stata accolta a braccia aperte da Milena, Natalia e Katherine, che hanno reso il mio soggiorno davvero speciale. Un’altra nota di merito va alla cucina dell’hotel, che è stata assolutamente eccellente. I piatti serviti erano non solo deliziosi, ma preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Ogni pasto era un’esperienza gastronomica da non perdere, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’hotel stesso è un angolo di paradiso, con camere eleganti e confortevoli, una pulizia impeccabile e una posizione ideale. Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con grande attenzione, creando un'atmosfera di relax e benessere. Inoltre vorrei ringraziare Vincenzo che è sempre stato cordiale ed generoso nei nostri confronti!
