Worst worst worst place. Terrible terrible experience. Broken air conditioning in the middle of a summer heat wave with staff unwilling to do anything to fix it. In 20 years of traveling and 62 countries visited I’ve never been treated more terribly by someone at a hotel. It was shocking. I reported the air conditioning broken as soon as I arrived. The woman working there was completely unwilling to admit there was a problem or do anything to fix it. She was rude and condescending, and talked down to me from the start. When I waited an hour and ten minutes and it was still not working, she shouted at me aggressively and cursed at me in Italian. She complained that I was bothering her (note I had specifically called in advance before making my reservation to confirm there was air conditioning and she had confided twice). I called my 74 old mother who speaks Italian to try to help in case language was a barrier - no, she just cursed and shouted at my poor mother. Ultimately, the woman was completely unwilling to fix the problem, was verbally abusing me (as I stood there crying), and told me if I didn’t like it I could leave. I am a young woman traveling alone and had just spent 4 hours getting there and it was 7pm on a Friday in high season. It was pretty traumatic. I’ll also add that the bedding was old and dingy, they charge for everything (including a towel to use at the pool), and there was a massive swarm of insects flying around. When I arrived (before the AC issue), I asked for information about the surrounding area and the woman could not have been more dismissive of my question. She was completely unwilling to help. Really the woman working there has no business working in hospitality of interacting with other human beings.

Spacious and modern rooms with air conditioning (not usually found in Tuscany), huge and clean swimming pool, beautiful Tuscany view with sunset, 20 minutes drive to major Tuscany towns like Montelpuciano, all with a very reasonable price. This agriturismo has the whole package. Gessica the host is the sweetest person and offered great hospitality and help to us while we stayed there. Very accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious and lunch is even better. Good as a base for visiting Tuscany and also for relaxing. Many guests like us just spend a whole day by the pool relaxing. Highly recommended.

Sono ormai anni che torniamo, tranquillità, pulizia, disponibilità, cortesia al 100% . Accettano i 4 zampe e li pure loro hanno spazi. Gli appartamenti sono bene arredati e con gusto, la maggior parte a piano terra e hanno quasi tutto quello che può servire in vacanza. Che dire ottima struttura. Poi non dimenticatevi di portarvi a casa il loro vino e l' olio per coccolarvi al rientro. Alberto

Agriturismo incantevole, immerso in una natura unica nel suo genere, circondato da ulivi e dalle crete senesi. La Signora Jessica che ci ha accolto è favolosa!! Gentile, premurosa e ci ha consigliato ottimi ristoranti dove cenare. La camera situata in una piccola casetta in pietra, dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia eccezionale e ottima colazione con cibo genuino fatto in casa, come yogurt, torte e crostate...Torneremo presto!!

Siamo stati ospiti 3 giorni dal 23 al 26 settembre con il nostro goldenretriver. Appartamento piano terra che si affaccia sulla piscina. Pulitissimo. È strategica la posizione per visitare la zona. Accoglienza familiare. Lo straconsiglio grazie

Una bellezza paesaggistica da togliere il fiato fa da cornice a questo posto incantevole e meraviglioso! Gessica, la proprietaria, ha saputo curare nel dettaglio ogni elemento che caratterizza questo luogo: l'arredamento delle camere, l'esterno, il terrazzo della colazione con una vista mozzafiato, la sala relax ed ovviamente la piscina! Sia lei che i suoi genitori sono persone splendide, educate e gentilissime! Da provare assolutamente la colazione (dolce e salata) con prodotti freschi e tipici, preparati da loro stessi! 🔝
