De husdjursvänliga rummen har direkt tillgång till gräsmattan och deras strand. Rummet är inrett i högsta kvalitet utan kompromisser. Servicen var utmärkt. Mat kan göra med förbättring, även om churros på VIDA restaurang var superb.

Avkopplande trevligt ställe checka ut var nöje attityd jämföra med checka in på grund av fel med bokning.

We had a great time at the property and thoroughly enjoyed the All inclusive package which had some of the best drinks and food included in it. There s always dome kind of entertainment in the evening on the beach side and we had a great time. Great service, excellent entertainment facilities and an amazing property.

We stayed in the family Villa with pool view. The staff all around the hotel were amazing, assisting us at all times and making sure our stay was most comfortable. They have many pools situated at different locations around the hotel but the pool where we stayed has the coldest temperature which was perfect for this hot weather. You can hop on a buggy to get around or take a stroll to any place in the hotel. The beach is calm and perfect for a relaxing time. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was a wide variety and the food was excellent.

Old and run down hotel with horrible F&B with bad service.

We had an excellent staycation at this hotel. They upgraded our sea view room to a family Villa with balcony and sea view. The staff specially Ivana at reception, Danilo who loaded luggage in our car and Lourds who assisted us with breakfast were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The international breakfast buffet was very yummy and fulfilling. The room was neat, clean, spacious with all required amenities. Overall it was an excellent staycation and I definitely recommend to visit this hotel for a joyful treat.

Stayed in the family villa which was lovely but had a leaking pipe in the bathroom. After learning that management was already aware of this before checkin, we raised a complaint. Many apologies later and we were upgraded to the 2 bed beach villa with private pool. That room was Devine and would actually consider booking that next time. Breakfast was very decent with a big choice. All halal except one clearly marked section. Plenty of pools to chose from. Only downside might be that the villa itself is quite far from the main building so hold carts are always required but they’re not that long a wait. Overall great stay

It’s a fabulous property spread over a large stretch by the beach. Plenty of pools for kids and adults. The room was spacious, clean, well maintained and by far the best view from the balcony of the sea and the entire hotel property. Breakfast could have been better. The hospitality however makes up for it. Front desk, concierge were all friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was comfortable!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Breakfast, hotel staff, cleanliness, Rooms, location, beach, restaurant, everything were excellent. If someone want to feel the true luxury and relaxation then this is your place.

Great resort and the staff are super friendly. Water sports, restaurants and spa available within the resort. All of great quality. Will definitely stay there again when visiting RAK. Also resort is less than an hour away from Jais Sledder and lot of outdoor activities like hiking or camping… beautiful place to visit with the family or as a couple
