Location is good, average room size, friendly staff. However the shower cubicle is very small & not suitable for plus size person.

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty. Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.

店員さんの対応がすごく丁寧で良かった。20%offのクーポンがもらえて、レストランで美味しいご飯が食べられた。ハッピーアワーは15dhsでビールが2本飲めた。 ヘアドライヤーの風量が弱いので、持ってくるのもありかも。

Its a cute Hotel in center of RAK. We came all the way from Dubai. Very clean and lovely atmosphere. And met lovely and welcoming staff Primashi at the reception, which made us convinced to stay because of her customer support ans beautiful smile. Thank you! We will visit again.

Twice visited. Breakfast was so good. Both times i noticed Primashi & Harshena are very active and taking care of all essentials. And made a chit chat. Good and clean Restaurant. Even for the children they can choose their likely dish. Keep going
