Tranquila Maldives

Отель понравился, простенький, но хороший за свою стоимость. Удобно расположен. Есть свой небольшой пляж, но я ходила отдыхать на другой. А самое главное - это приятные работники, которые всегда на связи и всегда готовы помочь. Можно было написать, обратиться по любому вопросу. Осталась довольна выбором отеля

DA EVITARE PERSONALE INCOMPETENTE. DOVUNQUE VAI C È SPORCIZIA SULLA “SPIAGGIA” INESISTENTE, LETTINI ROTTI, PEZZI DI STOFFA, BOTTIGLIE ROTTE. IL CIBO È SCARSO E CI SONO LE FORMICHE SUL TAVOLO DOVE CI SONO I VASSOI. CI SONO GATTI CHE VENGONO A CHIEDERE IL CIBO. QUI NON SIAMO ALLE MALDIVE MA IN UNA DISCARICA….. ALPITOUR EDEN VIAGGI DA EVITARE

AVOID AVOID AVOID ! I wouldn’t recommend this place at any costs.it was absolute nightmare from the beginning.so we booked this place in advance and paid straight away ($120 per night).we informed the hotel manager at what time we will be coming and they’ve noted it but no one actually came to the jetty to pick us up.my husband wasn’t well and they knew that and still left us abandoned there.they’ve been trying to blame us and the ferry for it .kept lying about not getting any information from us etc.we had to ask other hotel’s manager (who miraculously were able to come to the jetty to pick up their guests ) to take us to the hotel.anyway we arrived and the room was dirty including unflushed (!) toilet.we were in many guesthouses before ,it wasn’t our first time on Maldives,it wasn’t even our first time on Rasdhoo but this was an absolute nightmare.no Wi-Fi even if high speed Wi-Fi was advertised (we both working remotely so it was important for us). So we decided to approach the manager and we told him about our concerns but the only thing what we got back was FULL MOUTH OF ABUSE (all has been recorded as a proof)including shouting at us in front of our very upset son and telling lies.they wanted to change our room but it was exactly the same !!! We tried so many times to talk to them with no luck and aggressive responses so we decided to seek help from the police .we just wanted to leave this place.police came and checked (it also appeared that we were given double not triple room which we paid for) after all of that we finally got the refund (long story and very stressful as we didn’t get money back until few minutes before our boat departure) .it was definitely very stressful 24 hours of our holiday .so again I would advise to avoid this place at any costs
