Worst experience. I booked AC room for my mother and father but they said the AC was not working at all. They tried to offer another room but no AC was working there too and the second room they offered was having a foul smell. So they had to stay without AC even after the booking for AC room. This is not a good thing to be happening. If the hotel is offering the AC services then they should at least check that the AC was working or not before taking the bookings. After complaining at the reception they are saying we cannot do anything as you have booked through online platform. needs to have a look in this.
