Blue Ocean the Fern Resort & Spa Ganpatipule

I am compelled to express my disappointment and concern regarding the behavior of the security personnel at this establishment. Specifically, it has come to my attention that they have placed relaxation chairs outside the property boundaries, encroaching upon public beach areas. Furthermore, I have witnessed and experienced firsthand the security staff's aggressive and intimidating behavior towards individuals who inadvertently occupy these chairs. Their actions constitute a clear overstep of authority and a blatant disregard for the rights of beachgoers. I urge the management to take immediate action to address this issue, ensure that their security personnel conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, and respect the boundaries of public property.

Good staff nice ambience n location. It's feeling lovely.must visit hear. It's huge property n well maintained.love to stay hear it's life time memory in our life.its connect with nature that is more important.and caring n loving staff.we love it.

location is best one next to beach. food is delicious. Amenities and services are good. Addresses the issue .

Food is very average, Service is pathetic. View from 2 villas which are beach front is only usp. Service managers have no courtesy at all. The 2 villas which are situated at beach front has pathetic service as most of the things are available in other side where lower variant of rooms are situated. There favourite answer to every service asked is not available right now. Spending so much amount for villas which are top category rooms and getting such terrible service was a nightmare. By the evening we thought its actually useless to ask for any good service from them and better to just enjoy the view. But the moment we realised it they asked us to be away from beach front and dont even walk there. Overall big big big no to such properties. There senior staff is rude and arrogant. After spending so much amount we just had one thing jn mind that we wasted our hard earned money.

The property is divided into two parts.One near the beach and one on opposite side after crossing the road.Majority of rooms are on the opposite side with only 5 rooms available on beach side.The beach side is the highlight of the property. So I shifted to beach side room on second day. Overall while location and property is good, the service needs improvement and food needs a lot of improvement. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Most important, this is not in Ganapatipule but is around 5 km away and there is no market nearby.One has to travel at least 2 km to go to nearby market.But hotel does provide service of calling autos to go to nearby market or Ganapatipule and cost of such autos will be in range of 150 to 300 rs. The biggest usp is beach side property so given choice and availability, one should book beach side villa or tents to get true blue ocean experience.
