設施還行，服務不錯，環境很好，出去吃飯不太方便，坐突突車去鎮上也沒什麼中餐，酒店的自助餐吃不太慣，沒有符合胃口的食物就衹能呆個2天，受不了

Fantastic service from the very service minded team. They made it a very unique experience. Highly recommendable! They are helpful in any way no matter what you ask for. We booked our stay last minute (2 hours before arrival) and was welcomed the best way possible. The location of the hotel is nice; close to the small market and where the safaris begin - and just 3 km from the elephant breeding center.

We had a nice room here with all that we required and it felt relaxed and peaceful. The pool was lovely and we were able to cool off with drinks and snacks poolside. What wasn’t so nice was the dining experience. The food was okay (warm not hot) but the dining area felt like a food hall, nothing luxurious about it. There is zero atmosphere here, it was like feeding time at the zoo. The other issue we had was an inability to change larger cash denominations into smaller. With the constant tipping in Nepal, the need for smaller denominations was something handled very well in other hotels. There was a tour operator onsite (in the foyer) who we turned to after the reception staff couldn’t help out. The tour operator was seen to be dealing in large handfuls of cash on a regular basis over the days but refused to change cash stating he had nothing to offer.

I booked a tour that arranged everything. I have to congratulate them on their choice of hotel. It has everything you need for a confortable stay.There was a Tharu dance so we learn about their culture .I eat gluten free and they we're always offering me options.Sushi the senior waiter was very attentive and also Raj Shrestha the manager. Thanks a lot

Great experience… Very cooperative staff particularly Mr. RK Singh … Worth revisiting . Ambience very good. Arrangement for safari was also par excellence. Good quality food. Rooms spacious and amenities available at all times on a phone call😊
