I was not very happy with my stay… the hotel said they didn’t have my reservation from trip.com and insisted on it not being their fault. Trip contacted them and was super helpful. And through trip the hotel said the problem was that they had a wrong name. The booking was made online though and the name on my booking confirmation was correct. It nearly took an hour for us to finally get a room and we were lucky they still had a free one. But they booked us into a triple room, even though we booked a family room.. The rooms are not well furnished (old furniture), there were only 2 electricity sockets and 1 of them was broken. The shower had black mold in the corner. The hotel might be nice for the pool and spa, but if you only stay 1 night you probably won’t have time to use it. So I would not recommend to book a stay with this hotel.. The only nice things were the location and the lobby

First time staying here for business purpose. Overall the experience is good where the room is quite spacious and clean. There is a grocery store (Netto) on next door and further walking distance of 15mins, there is another larger grocery store called Rewe for your basic necessities. Location wise it is nearer to FRA airport (around 15mins by car) but no issue to go to town as there is train station nearby with 10mins walking distance. Less dine-in restaurant options I must say.

在酒店住了3晚，總體感覺不錯。酒店有法蘭克福機場接送機服務，機場接送點是1號客運大樓到達層GATE B，DOOR 5 目前時間表如下： ab Hotel / from Hotel 06:00-10:30 / 17:30–22:30 Alle 30 Minuten / Every 30 minutes ab Flughafen / from the airport 06:15–10:45 / 17:45-22:45 Alle 30 Minuten / Every 30 minutes 免費接，收費送（5歐一人），距機場15分鐘車程。 前台服務很好，接待員很有耐心，有問題就問。 插頭要事先備好歐標轉接頭。 附近有超市（步行5分鐘左右），可以自己地圖搜，也可問前台。 距城軌站步行10分鐘左右，可以去法蘭克福機場或市區。 酒店邊上就是公交站。出行很方便。 總體感覺很好，美中不足的是設施略舊。

房間面積很滿意 早餐相當好吃 唯一不足：距離地鐵有點距離 因為天黑了，從地鐵站走到酒店有點黑，沒有人。 優點：旁邊有rewe 超市 很棒

回國途徑法蘭克福，轉機一晚就走，圖方便預訂了他預訂了他們家，酒店在機場有穿梭巴士，但是攜程和酒店都沒有告知乘坐方式，我是查詢了ai軟件才知道的，在T1客運大樓B6出口等，要注意穿梭巴士不是所有時間段都有，上午和下午以及晚上的有限時間段，而且同樣的酒店名稱有兩部穿梭巴士不要上錯車，必須是結尾帶west的，接機免費，第二天送機場要收費5歐元一位，要提前預訂，而且問了前台不給票，第二天司機大哥還追着我們要card，房間中規中矩，可以打80分左右吧，吃飯出門左轉過加油站歐牛排館和土耳其烤肉，後者貌似很受當地工人階級歡迎，我們人均13歐吃到撐。

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel. Check-In war schnell und problemlos. Parken ist möglich. Bei Anfragen wurden sehr schnell vom freundlichen Personal geholfen. Westliches Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Man merkt an einigen Stellen das dass Hotel schon etwas älter ist (Fahrstuhl, Türöffnung,…) Zimmer war allerdings zweckmäßig und Sauber. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

房間挺大的。窗外是漂亮的小獨棟。覺得空調不太熱。其它都好。可能就是房間太大了。 早餐比較普通的歐洲早餐。

全体的古いホテルでした。 清掃もちゃんとされていなかったので残念でした。 エアポートからタクシーで15分掛かるので、そこまで近くありませんでした。

優點：離Raunheim站走路才幾分鐘，路上風景很美 缺點：打掃聊勝於無的感覺，建議潔癖的可以帶上自己一次性用具。這家打掃都是中東的小哥，我住了四天，親眼看到過他們在過道上的沙發疊乾淨的布草…
