The Palazzo Bezzi was a favorite hotel on our trip to Italy. The staff are kind and lovely and the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well appointed and the breakfast choices amazing and delicious. We walked from the train station to the hotel and all over Ravenna during our 3 night stay.

Modern (on inside) new hotel, clean, convenient, quiet. Large room with comfortable bed. BR large, and well appointed. Exceptional front desk help (thank you Alina), breakfast very good with good choices and service. No downside, would recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Exceptional service. They were able to check us in early. We booked a Superior room and it was very clean and comfortable. Well decorated and a very comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was also amazing! They made our stay in Ravenna extra special and even helped us with booking car service. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Ravenna.

The hotel was very nice. Updated and modern. The location was very convenient to the sites for visiting the mosaic treasures of the city. A healthy and generous breakfast was served every morning. The updated rooms included round beds which were a bit unusual but the bathroom was very convenient. One caution is that there are steps up to the front door, more steps to the reception desk and still more steps to the elevator. That is the only flaw in the renovation.

This hotel has the best Staff . They were extremely helpful in every way. always cheerful , patient, and never refused any requests. Buffet breakfast is incredible, even fresh honeycomb. Good restaurants, shops, interesting churches are all within walking distance.

What a pleasant surprise! Great location and VERY clean. The breakfast was the best complimentary hotel meal I’ve seen. Amazing staff! They reached out to us days in advance about setting up driving services for us. Walking distance from the historic sites.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful, the staff is amazing so kind and courteous. The breakfast is fresh and the host everyone to a Friday evening happy hour. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Front desk staff was went above and beyond what normal hotel staff would do.

I arrived early for my tour of Ravenna, Cividale and Croatia, so booked a room the day before at Palazzo Bezzi. Quick taxi ride from station after train from Milan, and connecting regional train from Bologna to Ravenna. My room was luxurious, on the top floor, with spectacular views. Once tour began moved to the lovely room booked by my tour company. Centrally located. Two lifts (elevators). Great breakfasts. Patient and helpful staff. Ginger and fruit-flavored water provided in the lobby. The best hotel I stayed at during my time in Italy.
