乾淨舒適。接待員非常友好熱情。感謝攜程在線管家幫我們聯繫到店家，順利的辦理了自助入住。 拉文納火車站出來，等了一小時也沒有出租車。請當地人幫忙打電話叫的車，司機看到有更遠路程，就直接接了別人走了。如果沒有行李，從火車站步行到酒店大約10分鐘，還挺方便。如果有行李，一定提前想辦法約車。 如果在拉文納登郵輪，可以預約拉文納旅遊官網訂班車，很方便，我們選的上車點是遊客中心，就在酒店一分鐘距離。

A wonderful hotel in a great location. Our 4th floor suite was beautiful and comfortable with a large terrace and full kitchen. Unfortunately there were torrential rains and flooding when we were in Ravenna and the steps with mosaics were all closed. It just means we will have to find a way to return and we would like the same suite! Philip at the front desk was really helpful with organizing alternate travel for us and a lovely person.

Lovely accommodations prior to cruise We were unexpectedly surprised by the spacious, well-appointed apartments for our group of 11. We walked from the train station and were able to check in right away. The front desk staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! We enjoyed exploring Ravenna for the day. The hotel assisted with providing a contact to arrange private transfers (in advance) to the cruise port the morning of our departure. Wonderful stay, fantastic location, would love to return someday!

· The hotel was located in the center of the old city and gave easy access to all we wanted to see. From a historical perspective, the hotel is situated directly opposite to all things pertaining to Dante; his house, tomb and museum. Of course there is so much more to been seen around the hotel too. We booked a Deluxe Suite which was essentially a 2 bedroomed apartment with kitchenette and dining area. It was all spotlessly clean and a great sense of generosity by means of the utensils, equipment provided. It was obviously well thought out to ensure that 'at home ' feeling which we felt immediately. The full sized fridge was generously stocked with the essentials of milk, fruit juice, butter and bottled water to get us started. The complementary breakfast consisted of a selection of cereals, cakes, biscuits crackers and dried fruit and some fresh fruit too. The manager even bought us a special Ravenna cake for us. The bedrooms were large with high ceilings and the entire apartment had a feeling of the romantic age of the city. However, as the hotel is situated in a pedestrian area with a few restaurants that had tables onto the street below us, it was a little noisy at night. It didn't bother us. In fact I enjoyed going to sleep listing to the clang of wine glasses and the sound of the melodic Italian language as people enjoyed the freedom to share once again. Being non meat eaters, we found excellent vegetarian and vegan restaurants within walking distance which was a real bonus for us. In all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Reunion Hotel and have already planned our return visit.

During three days in Ravenna, this served as our home base. Located in city center, 7 of the 8 UNESCO sites are easily walkable; for the 8th in Classe, we took a conveniently located bus. Our suite had a bedroom plus a kitchen (stocked with breakfast items) and a comfortable fold-out sofa bed. As most days were in the 90s, we appreciated the air conditioning (though it was less powerful in the bedroom). The staff bent-over backwards to facilitate our stay. On day 1, we arrived at 9 a.m. from Bologna by train. As check-in wasn't officially until 2 p.m., we merely expected to drop-off our luggage and proceed to our 1st scheduled site (booked for 11 a.m.). I arranged this in advance; however, upon arrival, we were immediately given a key and advised on good café choices for marvelous espresso. Great location, great staff -- definitely recommend it.

This hotel, also known as Aparthotel La Reunion, is a centrally located apartment style hotel in Ravenna. Cruise ships are no longer allowed to make port in Venice, so most now dock in Ravenna. We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel, and found the staff to be super nice and very friendly. Our apartment/room was set up suite-style, with a full kitchen and even a washing machine. The room was stocked with breakfast items such as cereals and milk, pastries, and snack items...all included in the daily rate. The room itself was very clean and comfortable for our two night stay. The cruise port is about a 25 minute drive from the hotel, and cabs can be spotty to find at times. However, the helpful staff at the hotel had pre-arranged our departure day transport for us, so everything worked out perfectly. If you are going to stay in Ravenna pre-cruise, be sure to allow time to check out at least some of the 8 Unesco World Heritage Monuments in Ravenna. These monuments center on the mosaic artwork in buildings of worship dating to the 5th and 6th centuries. These are not the type of mosaics found on your grandmother's sideboard. We're talking entire ceilings of buildings covered in hundreds of thousands of mosaics no bigger than a fingernail. They are truly awe inspiring. All in all, we found our two-night stay in Ravenna to be very enjoyable. The hotel was a winner, and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Aparthotel situato in pieno centro, composto da piccoli appartamenti situati in un palazzo condiviso con altre abitazioni e studi professionali. Il nostro, la suite Narsete, era spazioso (50mq) ben arredato ed elegante. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e anche se la reception chiude fisicamente alle 19 c'è sempre qualcuno disponibile telefonicamente in caso di problemi o supporto. La suite, situata al primo piano, era molto pulita e provvista di tutto: oltre ai set bagno c'erano frigo-frezeer, angolo cottura con lavello, microonde, macchinetta del caffè. Tutti i giorni veniva rifornita la prima colazione con merendine, marmellate, cialde del caffè, tè, zucchero etc... una torta presa da un forno vicino. Essendo in pieno centro tutte le principali attrazioni storiche di Ravenna erano raggiungibili a piedi. In particolare l'hotel è di fronte alla chiesa di San Francesco e alla tomba di Dante. Inoltre per spostarsi con l'auto è fornito pass per ZTL. I parcheggi erano a pagamento in strada ma con un po' di pazienza e fortuna, era possibile trovare parcheggio libero. Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni e 3 notti avvolti dal confort. Considerando i servizi offerti, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Appartamento carino e spazioso, provvisto di tutto. Personale gentile. Colazione abbondante, ma fornita di solo cibo industriale, mi sarei aspettata della frutta fresca, ad esempio. La mancanza di parcheggio delle vicinanze può costituire un problema se non si conosce bene come muoversi. L'ascensore parte dal piano rialzato, per cui c'è da fare una piccola rampa per accedervi e può risultare scomodo in presenza di bagaglio pesante o passeggino.

Posizione ottima al centro di Ravenna. Stanza "De Luxe" di buone dimensioni (due ambienti entrambi con tv), bagno pulito, letto comodo. Colazione sufficiente con esclusivamente dolci ma niente di salato. Yogurt e succo disponibile in frigo e possibilità di prepare autonomamente bevande calde. Disponibili a richieste ulteriori. Cortese il dono consegnato.
