One mile to coffee shops and downtown Redding & a quick walk to the Sacramento River trail. It is also 10 min drive to Bethel Church (excellent place to stay for conferences or visiting students). Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Mini-split heat and AC. Off street driveway parking. ** Just so you have ALL the info… i do live upstairs with housemates. Quiet hours are 11pm-8am.
