Southcrest Manor Hotel, BW Signature Collection recensioner

Comfortable rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Great service and location.

It's a shame, I have stayed in the hotel for 6 times through 2023. But each time I stayed, i questioned the service and cleaned rooms over the stays. It's at the top end for price, for no service for food at the advertised restaurant in the hotel, no buffet breakfast, as you have to order from the menu, for additional cost, and to top it they tried to ask me extra money for the parking! In their secluded car park, which is on the premises, I argued my case and was waiver to pay. I am a paying guest in an empty hotel. They must be losing customers. It's supposed to be a wedding venue, god knows how. I will be now booking elsewhere after this stay.

Like staying at South Crest, I always stay 2 nights while I'm on my business trip, lovely staff and welcoming, clean and good food.

酒店設施老舊 臨時定的 找不到合適的了 以後定還是要找評分高一點的 衹有早飯還可以 台盆下水是壞的 通知前台結果到走也沒人來修 住了兩晚台盆都不能用 住的難受得不得了
