Homewood Suites by Hilton Los Angeles Redondo Beach recensioner

Our stay there was a total disaster from the first night until the end., starting from having no water, a filthy room, a refrigerator that made a constant knocking sound, room never cleaned, no clean towels until the last day, fire alarm going off at 4:30 am which was a false alarm and the manager never returned my calls. I will never stay at this property again.

Service was great! Really convenient hotel for long stays, really homey and cozy!!

When we checked in the hotel had no wifi so we had to wait for someone to unlock our room doors and this went on for 2 days then the sheets on the bed were dirty and we had to ask for clean sheets and change them ourselves. The security attempted to come in our room at 0600 in the morning with other guests checking in. The one lady at the front desk was very lackadaisical in her responses to our concerns about having access to our rooms. Jacob at night was always very helpful. Everyone else walked around like they didn’t want to be there. The view from our window was a highway with homeless people living at the back in tents. Also the beach was not close at all actually a 20 minute drive.
