If I could rate this place with no stars I would, but to write a review it has to have at least one so here it is. When I got into my room I pulled the comforter back on the bed and noticed 3 black bugs, of which I don't know what type they were, on the side of the bed. I noticed they were also on the opposite side of the bed as well and I took pictures of them to show the clerk at the front desk. When I got to the front desk there was a woman and man both speaking to the clerk asking him how much it would cost to rent a room for 2 hours, in which he told her it was the same rate if she had it for overnight as it would be for 2 hours, $130. They eventually left without renting a room and I told the clerk that I was not going to stay there and I wanted a refund. He told me I had to go online to get my refund since that's how my reservations were originally made. I was never able to receive that refund because Best Westerns are independently owned, at least that's what we were told when we called the company to book the reservation, and the owner of that particular one refused to give me one because I didn't ask for another room. No thanks, bugs in one room is plenty for me. Because of this experience I will never stay at a Best Western again.
