Love the location and the in door pool especially when it’s cold 🥶 and rainy outside

Called Trip.com because there was no hot breakfast as advertised. I woke up and someone throw up on my balcony. I tried talking to the front desk. Since I used Trip.com they said I had to talk to them. False advertising for the food sadly. Waiting to hear back from Trip.com. I booked here because of the food. Would have booked directly on the boardwalk.

Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

Checked on October 19,2024 around 3:45. Room 102. Room smelled like a dog had been the room. Hair ball under A/C, cobwebs in bathroom and spider. Close to downtown but not very clean. Entry doors on balcony and entry door full holes not to secure. Won’t be going back.Exterminator and board of health need to do inspection.

The breakers used to be the place that we went to every year. This is the last year it’s gone down considerably. I went to the front desk with an issue around 5:45 in the morning and nobody showed up until about an hour later and like turned on the lights like nobody was there. We then went to breakfast, which is only from 8 to 10 and by 9 AM. There still was no hot food. Don’t come here. Go to another hotel. We used to love going here. But not anymore

The location is what makes this hotel amazing This hotel is in the perfect spot. It’s in walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. We parked our car and never had to move it. The hotel isn’t as nice as a Marriot or a Hilton but it’s clean and so comfortable. We prefer to stay in a suite. The regular rooms are a little tight for my family of 4. The free breakdast is awesome. We enjoyed our balcony views as well. The shuttle to beach is the best too. I believe it goes from 10am-5pm. Definitely, a good option. My only complaint is that I wish it had an outdoor pool instead of an indoor pool.

The 3 night stay at this hotel went well although the price was on the higher end. The employees at the front desk were friendly and welcoming during all interactions. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled freshly laundered. The breakfast was great and had options from cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, muffins, coffee, milk, and yogurt. The location of the hotel is about a ten minute walk to the boardwalk, with plenty of restaurants down the street. There is a safe in the room, but it did not work, and the television is older, but everything else was great. Tip - there are little stores nearby that have toiletries, but they are super expensive.

We had never stayed here before so I was a bit nervous. However, it was wonderful. The location was perfect for our family. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the beach (10am-5pm). We walked but it was nice knowing this was an option. Our room was clean. The free breakfast was better than I anticipated and perfect with kids. The best part was the staff. The front desk was extremely helpful and kind. My children tend to ask a ton of questions. They were sweet with them. We had an issue with our tv and the maintenance man was polite, professional and thorough. He replaced our tv. The next time we stay as a family we will be back. Even housekeeping was nice. There was a relaxing and friendly atmosphere with every staff member.
