Sleek, Modern Condo in Desirable Spring Lake

Great place Place was great, host was very easy.Location was amazing.

Spring Lake 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Condo The property was immaculate, nicely updated, came fully equipped including sheets and bath towels. Unit was conveniently located near the community pool which was great. The only negative would be the 3 flights of stairs to walk up to get to the unit, which I knew about before renting. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent clean condo We thought Peter's place was an excellent value! Condo is nicely decorated and pristine, well-kept by owners. Space is excellent, with a spacious loft serving as a second bedroom. Plenty of storage, with his/hers closets in master bedroom. Kitchen was clean and well-kept, with good quality cookware. We didn't do much cooking beyond basics, but did note that some basics were missing, like a full set of measuring cups, and any cooking staples beyond salt/pepper. Location was probably about a 20-minute walk to beach at southern end of boardwalk, but we got a weekly parking pass and drove - an easy under 5-minute drive. All in all, we were very happy and would definitely try to stay here again.

Sooo relaxing Peter and Dennis’ condo is so relaxing. Communication was prompt, polite, professional. Peter kindly mailed me a shirt I forgot in the dryer. Would stay again.
