Avoid at all costs! The actual pub downstairs is quite nice, as is the garden and drinks seemed reasonably priced. However, the room was digusting and filthy. The bathroom had not been cleaned at all, the toilet was vile with mess and didn't flush probably. The bedroom was fine, the beds were reasonably comfy but no mattress protectors and we chose to sleep on top of the duvet because of questionable marks. There were multiple items left from the previous guest, who left the bathroom in an awful state. There was not even soap in the bathroom, just hand sanitiser. The stairs and hallway were full of stuff everywhere, things spilling out of cupboards. And our key to the back entrance did not work!!!! Thankfully we got back early enough the pub was only just open, otherwise we'd have been locked out all night! We didn't mind disturbed by the noise, but I would not recommend it for anyone who wants quiet. It is right next to the train track, and they run late and start early. We have never stayed anywhere so dirty and such extremely poor value for money. You're better of staying a hostel than coming here!

Just Bad.. Should have read the reviews for the rooms.. Only stayed the one night, won't be back. - Room 7 looked like it was in use when I walked in.. bed was hardly made. -Bed had bits of grit and hairs when checked. - The Room came with a 'Private Bathroom' which was across the hall from the room.. had no bath.. was accessible to everyone staying at the hotel.. and could not be locked, meaning I had to hold my hand against the door whilst using the toilet to prevent anyone trying to join me. - Complimentary tea and coffee.. there was a box on a cabinet that had the reminents of tea and coffee sachets but looked uses with very little in it.. again seemed like the room hadn't been serviced or cleaned. - Room looked like it hadn't been cleaned this year with dirt, hair and bits on the floor. -Walls were spattered in some areas with dried substances. -There is a blip sound like a fluorescent tube flickering every 46 seconds somewhere outside the door... this kept me up most the night.. -Room faces reigate train station.. last train was at around 23:30.. first train was 05:15... it's not something that can be ignored. -Room was very hot even on a mild day.. no fan provided -Tea mugs in the room were absolutely filthy.. looked like they belonged on a building site. -The shower and toilet were grim with used toiletries left in the shower cubicle.. along with public hairs.. -Again there was no sign the ablutions had been cleaned recently. -Light bulbs in the room and

not worth the cost It is poor accommodation not worth the money, far better staying at a travel lodge or similar
