Radisson Hotel Reims recensioner

Very close to Xmas market square, but a bit distance if you are visiting city centre of Reims and the Cathedral. But all in all the hotel is new and clean. The shower seems sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not consistent.

The hotel is conveniently located with about 10 to 15 mins walk to the city centre. The hotel is quite average, but its good enough if you are visiting reims for few days and want something convenient and not to expensive. The negative is that it is surrounded by building sites and the view around looks pretty grim. The breakfast is average. However, the rooms are clean, the reception very helpful, the house keeping excellent, the bathroom has lots of toiletries etc and in general the service in the hotel was helpful and friendly. They also have nice bar on the ground floor and roof terrace.

Modern, well positioned. Very easy check in, great customer service. Parking right next door. Great upgrade to Suite. Breakfast OK but not as good as in other Radisson hotels. Very busy and a little understaffed ? Quality was fine though. Evening meal very good and bar service excellent. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family.

Everything is perfect for my stay, especially for vip member benefit, room upgrade a d special gift. Room is comfort and bed is great.

Fantastic gem 5 minute walk from city center. Room was terrific. Shower amazing. Bed beyond comfortable. Price was exceptional. Can't recommend enough. Check in was fantastic arrived very early and while our room was not ready we're offered very similar room, still king bed but slightly smaller and a bottle of champagne for inconvenience. Were offered to look at room before deciding. Worked out perfectly

Taking advantage of an excellent daily rate offer, we were very satisfied with this new hotel to spend 2 nights there. Well located in a relatively quiet place (center less than 15 minutes walk, free parking 5 minutes away) the services were up to our expectations (room, breakfast, service, ...) Returning there will be considered for a new stay in the region.

Excellent hotel, we were not expecting the hotel to be as good as it was, room looked brand new and the bed was so comfortable. Bar was good and food was great. Friendly staff and was quite central to riems. we would definitely stay again. Champagne tours to épernay was a great addition to our stay, highly recommend.

We booked this hotel as it was new and looked really nice and Radisson have a great reputation, we had also booked a table for dinner at 7.30, confirmed by email. Parking is in an adjacent multi storey. When we arrived at 12.30 we were informed room ready at 3.00 which is the norm, however we were told they couldn’t let us eat that night as they had a large group booked and there wasn’t room for us!!! This hotel is in a new build area and not close to the city centre, the staff did not offer us any assistance in finding an alternative for dinner, so we decided we wouldn’t stay as planned, the staff didn’t seem to care we were upset, so we left. I have to point out we weren’t charged for the cancellation which at least was something, but it all felt very unprofessional for a large international company like Radisson.

Brand new hotel very close to the city center (10 min walk). Pros: Good sized rooms, spotlessly clean, friendly personnel, very decent breakfast and the best shower system I ever remember in my life. Cons: the rooftop bar was never open (or even cleaned) during our weekend, lack of free parking, rather boring views from the room. Still, I would happily return there, even just to see the friendly faces of the personnel who seem to be genuinely happy to welcome you there.

Brand new hotel! Nicely furnished and designed and in a fantastic location in terms of accessibility. You can easily walk to most of the town/train station from the hotel. There is also a parking garage next door to the hotel, which isn't too expensive. Currently, there are construction sites surrounding the hotel, so the views aren't the best (which is obviously not a criticism of the hotel), but thankfully I wasn't disturbed by any construction noises. Staff were really good, friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was lovely as well. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Such a nice family friendly hotel. The staff were welcoming and nice. The location is really great right in the centre of Reims. Car park right next door. We stayed in a junior suite which is very spacious and has a separate bedroom with bunk beds for kids. Very well adorned suite and very clean. Highly recommended.
