If you are disabled or not deaf avoid this hotel, we arrived to be told that the lift is too small for a wheelchair and there is nowhere to store one, I had to help my wife to the room, fortunately she can walk a very short distance with help, then take the wheelchair to the car, miles away from the hotel as the parking and disabled drop off don’t actually exist, the shower step is too high for her to get into and the spray head is too high to reach! We finally got to bed when…drip…drip…drip, every few seconds, unable to sleep we have had to read all night, not good after a 400 mile drive and an onward journey in the morning, also you can hear every room around you, talking, going to the toilet etc! We were offered the only remaining room but it was up a flight of stair, obviously no good for a disabled person.
