Hotel Pirchnerhof

Stayed during the Almabtrieb celebration. Hotel is clean, comfortable, and full of amenities. Excellent breakfast. Did not have opportunity to visit spa and wellness facilities, but appeared extensive. Would be great for a wellness retreat. Will return!

Spacious relaxed friendly hotel in good location with amazing views. Pool staff and food first class with comfy beds stayed a week and sorry to leave. Great for kids and vegetarians our lack of German wasn’t a problem due to staff speaking English. Loads of things to see and do and n area

Located in a lovely Austrian village, me and my partner had a wonderful time in the hotel. The hotel has both meat and vegan menu and the food was spectacular. We were also amazed by the sauna in the hotel - brand new facilities and indeed a wonderful place to relax and detox after a skiing/hiking morning. The team's service, especially David's, was superb and memorable. Highly recommend and will come back again.

Lovely hotel. I don’t think it is value for the high price but it is near ski resorts. Really lovely evening meals and buffet breakfast. I really enjoyed having the same table every night and choosing dinner for the evening at breakfast. Paying for water I found to be a bit much. The spa area the only fault was the pool was upstairs which wasn’t ideal with a child. The indoor and outdoor pool and spa were amazing facilities. Three types of sauna and a steam room and quiet room. Bedrooms were big and well appointed if the decor was a little old - I found it charming. The staff are absolutely amazing they will help with anything to make your stay better. From recommending a wine to extra towels and a bit of washing up liquid i was really impressed and grateful. I did very much like this hotel. The proximity to the ski resorts was really good, two within 40 minutes drive. The little town has a small ski slope, restaurants and bars but they only reopen on 17th Jan after xmas.

My wife and I are fortunate to be able to travel to different countries throughout the year and we stay in very nice hotels. Most of those hotels provide excellent accommodation but in the main they do tend to lack a little soul despite being perfectly comfortable places to stay. The Hotel Pirchnerhof is totally different and has soul in abundance. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like very special guests by all the staff but especially David and Karina. They both have that unique talent displayed by talented hotel management to make you feel like part of the family while giving great service while taking an interest in your enjoyment of your holiday and offering excellent advice. The hotel has been recently refurbished and they have done an excellent job. The grounds are beautiful including the pool and relaxation areas. The dining terrace must have the best view of any hotel around and the view from every room is picture perfect. The rooms are spotlessly clean and functional rather than super luxurious, but they contain everything you could want, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable so perfect for a great night’s sleep. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the food. If we could have taken the dessert chef home with us, we would have gladly paid for an additional plane ticket! Thank you David. You and your team have done a fantastic job creating such a great hotel and providing such great service. You should be very proud of what you’ve achieved. We will be back. I made a reservation to this hotel by *********** for my sister birthday for tge end of June 2023. The price was 80 euro per night for a double room with half board. After few days the property refused to honour the terms of the reservation because of a mistake made by them. The reservation was cancelled after we refused to pay 190 euro per night which is mire than twice than the original price and that is after the property suggested an offer that was bever sebt to ny enail. The refusal of the property to nake up for their own mistakes and to face accordingly a law sue instead for aggrivation and the cost of flight ticets
