Silver Legacy Resort Casino recensioner

The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into gambling, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun. The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three casinos connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of gambling, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!

As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.

Please recheck the check in time you confirmed to me. You have confirmed 2:00 PM check in but their normal check in time is 3:00 PM but they can accept check in from 2:30 PM. If I want to checking at 2:00 PM as you confirmed, I have to pay extra $30.00 for each room for earlier check in. Please recheck and confirm their check in time, and your confirmed check in time and clariy the correct check in time without any penalty payment. Also, no water at room! It was great experience on Thanksgiving day!!!!!!!!! It was clean

Great hotel experience, wonderful updated rooms, attentive staff. It was nice being able to walk to several different casinos without going outside in the cold. Had dinner at The Brew Brothers pub between Silver Legacy and Eldorado, food was amazing, fast and friendly service. Would stay again!

Overall quite satisfied with free parking and auto check in.

This hotel is so convenience. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again in my next trip to Reno!

I stayed at Silver Legacy for a night after skiing at Boreal Mountain at day time. I booked a deluxe twin room at 15th floor which was nice, with a good view of the mountains. Staff told me that premier rooms were located at higher floors. I thought a deluxe room was good enough and at a reasonable price. Hotel location is convenient with direct access to shopping mall and casino. I would stay there again next time.

It’s been a good time to stay at this hotel. But the hotel is little bit old than we expected.

We drive from the Death Valley national park for nearly six hours to this hotel in Reno. The room is clean and comfortable with free parking.

It was a basic room, there is a 43 USD extra charge. Plus is there is a shuttle and restaurants inside the area. It’s a decent choice.

At check out I was told that the resort was a daily mandatory charge on top of what I’ve already prepaid I never used the resort of course

It was very nice had a good time it was not the greatest but it was very nice
