Atlantis Beach Hotel

The Atlantis Beach was a good choice for my visit to Rethymnon. A free room upgrade made it even better Lovely pool and hotel beach across the road. Good breakfast selection each day

Rethymon is a great town and this five star hotel is reasonable value for money, We stayed in in a spacious superior room with pool view. We made sure to get a sunny balcony facing inland. We knew that the sea view rooms have a great view of the northern beach but no sun. The cleaners work very hard and our room was always spotless. The hotel provides free towels, beach facilities etc and the beach is kept well too. There are two hotel pools and there was always space. The desk, restaurant adn all staff are impressive. High standard of service. Great chat and advice. The breakfast buffet has GREAT choice, but gets very crowded later on. When we were there the majority of clients were European rather than Brits but it doesn't matter at all. I'd do there again if I visited Rethymno, though I might book directly with the hotel and book flight separately. Even with a taxi it can be cheaper. . We still play table tennis so we enjoyed the table despite the poor bats, balls and net provided. There's a coffee machine in the room, though after a day you have to provide your own coffee and milk.
