We have booked 2 rooms with attach washroom in hotel raj palace rewa with no refund and secure payment method on 4:00 pm yesterday but after 2 hours an agent of mmt named gaurav yadav called us back and conveyed that hotel has declined to confirm so he asked us to confirm room booking in another hotel named hotel kanishk as we have go-ogled the other hotel it was showing under construction, however on askong for the same to the agrnt he said hotel is not under construction so that we have confirmed to the agent at the same time
ater reaching the hotel at 11:00 pm we found out that it was actually a marriage garden and he said mmt has not provided any voucher to the hotel management so there are no rooms booked in the name of us
after making several calls to mmt customer care we have talked to an agent named yogesh has co ordinate d with hotel manager mr deepak and he was least interested in accommodating any room to us after one and half hour of waiting and back to back calls he provided us two rooms just because we have prepaid the amount to them
the rooms which were provided to us were actually rooms of marriage garden and there were no facilities in the room not even a clean bed and blanket and one room was without washroom since it was 12:30 in night so we had no other option left to do as there were two females with us and they were least interested in co operation
it was a horrible expieriance with mmt and hotel kanishk with zero co ordination and cooperation to avoid this situation only we have booked rooms in advance but it seems that as we have booked on prepaid basis that is why the whole situation happened to us
the expriance was highly unsatisfactory, complete waste of money and not at all worthy of time and money
