Zero communication from property manager - was supposed to receive an email with the apartment number and door code 24h in advance, nothing. Had to contact VRBO customer support and sit on chat for 30m to get the information needed, promised the email was on its way (it was not). The phone number listed on the property is incorrect and/or hangs up immediately. Checkout is advertised as 11a online, but it is 10a on the information sheet in the apartment. As a side note, there is a prep kitchen run out of the basement, so the property is on the noisy side. The road is actually closed, which would have been nice to know ahead of time, though the 30m tour trying to find the apartment down narrow roads and one-way streets was an added adventure. Location was great, comfortable bed, but a whole lot of unnecessary stress for no good reason. Definitely felt like we were an imposition.
