We stayed here for three nights but no one ever came to clean. The room was small but the breakfast was good.

Clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Friendly and helpful staff when we arrived in Iceland on day 1, answering all our queries. Location was central and easy to access. Glad they offered free parking too.

The friendly and helpful service made my stay very pleasant.  They opened breakfast early for me when I had an early flight to catch. The location was a bit too far from the downtown for walking, and Reykjavík is quite hilly.  I would suggest they have shuttles to downtown every few hours.

Located 10 minutes away from the city center. Great customer service, good selection of breakfast options, free private parking at the back of the hotel. Wonderful stay.

It is a clean, quiet hotel with a very good and varied breakfast. Convenient for those who want to use tour services, there is a bus to pick up in front of the hotel.

I’ve requested a room with better room. Though no guarantee, the hotel arranged one facing refuse collection area / Carpark entrance. How come?! The receptionist said my booking agent (Trip.com) didn’t inform them & asked me to top up the room rate for upgrading. Such a good selling tactic!! Room was clean & breakfast provided a reasonable variety of food.

Helpful staff, ample parking (but not walking distance to the main attractions) and a great breakfast. The beds are comfortable, but the shower could do with a curtain to stop water getting all over the floor.

Great stay staff very friendly. Room was very clean, had everything you needed and heated up very quickly! Breakfast was good pastries,fruit and cereals would have been nice for a hot selection too maybe.

Under average hotel, the staff are very friendly and willing to help. But the room is so small that it is far below the average. Breakfast is provided with a lack of choice. Generally speaking, it is not worth it.

I will start with the negative. Part of the hotel is a half flight of stairs from the main. This means no direct elevator service. While it's only half a flight, this could be a problem for some travelers, particularly with heavy luggage. We were not asked/told at the desk. This aside, the rooms are decent size with good storage. Included breakfast was great. Plenty of parking on premises. Nice view. Heavy blackout blinds. Very friendly staff at the desk. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed both of our stays.
